Cultural heritage and art are among the oldest forms of
communication that enabled human beings to deliver information
and emotions. The expression of art in each culture was translated
through fashion that took the shape of national costumes. This
expression has strongly influenced our cultures and shaped
societies, as we know them today. With an increasing globalization
of the world, the fashion grew from an artistic expression of each
culture to being commercialized and having a strong business
component that is now measured into brands and brand value.

Years of calibration have enabled companies to become
efficient in their product development, inadvertently stifling
innovation. However in today’s fast paced environment, they
must adjust themselves in order to promote and sustain
innovation. Only if they do so, they will be able to not only
guarantee their future success, but even their survival. To
do this, they must find the right balance between promoting
radical-innovations and taking selective risks.
To achieve this, they need to adapt internal processes and
design incentive systems that promote innovative thinking

representing a formidable source of dynamism and innovation. In
order to meet the demands of a connected and hopeful generation
