 Please arrive on time for all classes to allow for proper warm-up time and less disruption.
 All classes are on a first-come, first-served basis.
 Bring a friend for $8 with the member discount! Non-members can work out for only $12 a day.

Class Descriptions
Brain Fitness: Think faster, focus better and remember more, in this fun and social class designed to keep your brain fit.
Cardio Sculpt: Focus on strengthening your muscles with low-impact cardio and full-body sculpting exercises.
Definitions: Muscle strengthening and sculpting exercises for all parts of the body. Utilizing hand weights, resistance bands and
balls, and body bars.

®
Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of
movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball
are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Cardio
Get up and go with an aerobics class that’s safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes
easy-to-follow low-impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and
relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
Yoga
SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.
Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase
flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote
stress reduction and mental clarity.
Body Bliss: Start the day off right feeling “fresh and fabulous” as you shape and tone your body, increase your awareness and gain
more flexibility.
Tai Chi for Energy: Tai Chi is a gentle ancient exercise now practiced for health. Tai Chi for Energy is a program that incorporates
more vigorous movements to efficient increase and circulate your own internal energy or chi.
Tai Chi for Arthritis: This Tai Chi class focuses on range of motion through the joints in slow controlled and relaxed movement
patterns.
Hatha Yoga: "Ha" comes from the Sanskrit word for "sun," and "tha" means moon. The goal of practicing hatha yoga is to bring
together opposites in your life and create balance.
Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa -- meaning breath-synchronized movement -- incorporates simultaneous movement and breathing. Also
called Vinyasa flow or flow yoga, this system of yoga focuses on smooth transition between movements and breaths.
Piloga: A fusion of yoga and Pilates, focusing on strengthening and lengthening the whole body.
Pilates: Attention to the core of the body, the muscles that bring the lower and upper body together…strengthen these muscles so
to increase coordination, alleviate back pain and increase flexibility. With Props: Pilates mat class incorporating the use of
some small equipment.
Pilates Sculpt: Increase your core strength and burn calories with this fusion of Pilates and cardio.
Stretch & Core: A perfect therapeutic non-impact workout designed to increase range of motion and improve flexibility as well as
teach relaxation.
Zumba: This fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes creates a dynamic, exciting and effective workout! Zumba
combines aerobic interval training with a combination of movements to fast-and slow-beat rhythms to tone and sculpt the
body.
Low Impact Aerobics: A general movement class where participants keep one foot on the floor at all times. Patterns and
sequencing are designed for basic and intermediate movements only.
10/10/10: It is 10 different exercises upper, lower and abs, 10 reps each and 10 rounds of this. Fast paced for cardio and great full
body workout.
