1. Need to better assessment of the existing
policy framework and more development of
practical alternatives where they are
necessary.

and stakeholders, need to take holistic
approach in decision making. We need
intersectoral collaboration.

The role of research is very important in policy
making, the problem with health sector that it
has not been dynamic, our legislations,
structures and way of doing things not changed
for several years, need to match research out
put

4. There must be some forum where policy
makers sit together with stake holders.
5. policy makers are some times more
concerned about popularity and being voted it
should be avoided.

6.Need private and government involvement to
make policies. Now they are working separately



