Sausagew gravy and yolk There are fre things I love more than fried eggs and biscuits and gravy. This was taken at Rick’s Diner (although has been called Hope Valley Diner for years, I will never adjust). I love the texture and richness of the gravy and yolk. I am also a big fan of Stephen Shore’s photograhs of meals on the road - food is both generically American and so specific to a place and a journey.
