Parents of students in grades 3-5 consistently ask what they can do to better prepare their child for the Georgia Milestones Assessment. One of the best ways to get more comfortable with the types of questions that you will see on the Georgia Milestones Assessment when you take it in April is to practice taking tests that are similar to the ones you will see when you take the assessment. Each week we will assign 4 five-question tests on the GOFAR system. The website is https://gofar.gadoe.org/GOFARWeb and you will need your GTID (the same one you use for Study Island and AR) which you will use as the Georgia Test Identifier, and then you will need the following test pass codes for each week: Date 3/6-3/12 3/6-3/12 3/6-3/12 3/13-3/19 3/13-3/19 3/13-3/19 3/20-3/26 3/20-3/26 3/20-3/26 3/27-4/2 3/27-4/2 3/27-4/2 Grade 3 4 5 3 4 5 3 4 5 3 4 5 Test 1 53726 93041 20623 30917 64305 61836 75622 24580 43433 39092 42419 80767 Test 2 42858 33024 59612 65121 26064 38055 48211 96458 35374 73167 56680 82110 Test 3 19473 15523 20623 86926 56038 68285 50548 58384 15842 45437 59463 13412 Test 4 47843 27093 57001 70567 39722 45185 98931 13637 60412 73401 98150 42991 These tests are available only during the dates listed for each week. These tests are all selected response (multiple choice) and should take anywhere from 10-20 minutes each (a little less on some of the math). We strongly encourage you to take these tests with your child so that you can also see the type of questions and reading passages that your child will be responsible for when they take the Georgia Milestones Assessment April 3-14, 2017.
