FENCES
SECTIONS:
15.44.020 Interior lot fence restrictions. It is unlawful to construct, alter or maintain any fence
greater than 24(twenty-four) inches in height between the street line of any interior lot in this city and
the front building line of such lot. A woven wire or other fence not more than 48(forty-eight) inches in
height, and with openings therein of not less than 80% of surface area, may be constructed between
the street line and the building line. The openings in such fence shall be maintained in such manner
as to insure that the openings in the fence shall at all times be no less than 80% of surface
