Brianna F Dollinger Senior Profit Enhancement Manager Brianna is a Profit Enhancement Manager at Essex Lake Group LLC, handling the responsibility of execution and implementation of key profit enhancement strategies across the company’s core clientele. Brianna has rich experience with a host of organizations in the US and Europe, where she contributed to implementation of various operations including a turnaround of collections operations at a major US bank, an in-­‐depth diagnosis of the customer base at a leading international bank and a comprehensive initiative to cut costs at an international financial services firm. Brianna is a graduate of Cornell University’s College of Arts and Sciences and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and international relations. She has studied international conflict resolution and mediation in Prague. She has also pursued her studies in Czech and Italian literature, international relations and Latin American political development in Bologna, Italy. Brianna completed a semester in Washington, D.C., where she worked for a non-­‐governmental organization and wrote a research paper examining the effectiveness of domestic government policy in reducing the duration and intensity of violent intrastate conflict through external analysis of four case studies.
