That was a TCA Group Training Class debut record. Then, what do you know, 50 came along the very next week to the brand new TCA Flex (stretch class) on 05 August. Amazing. TCA Flex powerhouse, and designer of workout programs that will change your exercise life. • Anna Juby - Nautropath, Walker, Gold instructor, busy mum, TCA champion. • Jocelyn Read - Another Walker, Gold instructor, Kettler, and low-impact aerobics Membership Freezes A membership freeze is a great way to suspend your membership if you’re going to be away for an extended period, or if you’re having an operation, etc. You get one free freeze per membership year (thereafter each freeze carries a charge of $25), and the total freeze period for the year can be up to 3 months. Keep this option in mind - it’s a great tool for you to use to make your membership work in with your lifestyle. 10 THINGS YOU DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT: NOM CHASE We all know that our Zumba-tastic Nom is da bom, but here’s 10 things you didn’t know! 1.
