work on the market. They provide products and

in the Nizhniy Novgorod region, which gives us

The Freudenberg Group is a company headquartered in Germany, offering its customers
technically challenging product solutions and

specializing in seals and vibration control technology, nonwovens, filters, lubricants and release
agents as well as chemical surface treatment and

Sales development achieved in Russia over
the last few years confirms the intention of
Freudenberg to deepen its roots in this strategic
region.

products and services to Russian customers, reaching several branches of industry, including the
automotive, construction, energy and chemical,
mechanical and plant engineering, household and

Freudenberg companies are based in Moscow,
Saint Petersburg and in Nizhniy Novgorod, where
the industrial park in Zavolzhie hosts operations of
Politex, EagleBurgmann and vileda. The Zavolzhie
site has been growing very rapidly since its
acquisition at the end of 2004: after the renovation
of the building, Politex installed the first staple
nonwovens line in 2006, soon followed by
EagleBurgmann which installed its production and
service center there.

Freudenberg Politex is ...
... the world leader in the production and marketing of staple and spunbonded polyester nonwovens for roofing membranes and building materials.

from post consumer PET bottles. A pioneer in recycling Freudenberg Politex offers a wide range

The Russian facility was opened in 2006, thanks
to the rapid completion of both building and
equipment. In 2010 a second line for the production of polyester nonwovens for the geotextile
sector allowed Freudenberg Politex to consolidate
its leadership.
Freudenberg Politex has its global headquarters in
Novedrate, Northern Italy, and production sites
in Southern Italy, France, USA and Russia. The
Group’s core business is the roofing sector, where
nonwovens are sold as reinforcement for bituminous waterproofing membranes. Other products
are also used in the construction industry for thermal and acoustic insulation, waterproofing, roof

Freudenberg Vileda Eastern Europe LLC is the consumer branch of Freudenberg Household Products
in Russia with its sales office founded in Moscow
in 2008. The business focus is on establishing
vileda® as the brand providing perfect and easy
homecare. The Russia consumer division has its
own production facility in Nizhniy Novgorod to
ensure efficient product supply to their customers.
Freudenberg Household Products Eastern Europe
(vileda Professional®) opened its main sales office
in Saint Petersburg in 2006. Today it drives its
institutional business through regional offices in
Moscow, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Samara,
Krasnodar, Kazan, and Ufa. Target customers
like cleaning companies, general building constructors, large hotels, gastronomy and healthcare

specialist to take in pole position with the latest
independent aftermarket trends. Special attention
