Student visa
In order to submit application for a student visa, please provide the following in person
(appointments are not needed) or by mail:
For an ADULT:
1. Original Valid passport
2. 2 recent passport photos 2/2" on a white background. Not taken more than a
month ago.
3. The following application should be completed in full and signed. (Please make sure
to provide current USA address and phone #).

4. Official letter of acceptance from a recognized educational institution in Israel
5. Proof of payment (official letter from the institute) OR MASA scholarship approval
6. Recent 3 month bank statements
7. Flight itinerary- NOT a letter from the travel agency.
8. $52 t fee in cash, or money order(make money order payments out to Consulate
General of Israel)
9. If requesting the passport be sent to you (via overnight FedEx), please include an
additional $14, payable in cash or money order (make money order payments out
to Consulate General of Israel). If you will be picking up the passport at our office,
no payment is required.
