Eagles Product Quality Guarantee
Warranty Conditions
You have purchased a quality product and is
covered by a 2 year replacement product warranty
on vanity top and a 12 month warranty on the
vanity cabinet.
1. The original dated invoice being proof of
purchase must accompany all goods returned or
warranty enquiries.
2. This guarantee will be void if defective product
is installed and damage occurs due to improper
maintenance, installation or use.
3. Failure is due to a fault in the manufacture of
the product.
4. Claims for physical damage of the products
after installation will not be accepted.
5. All warranty queries must initially be directed to
the Eagles branch from which you purchased the
product.
6. COMMERCIAL USE warranty is 12 months.
Warranty (Domestic Use only)
This warranty covers faults in the product
construction and material. Products which are
within 12 months from the date of purchase, found
upon inspection by an authorized Eagles
representative, to be defective in construction or
material, will be repaired or exchanged with an
equivalent product free of charge.
Whenever products have been replaced under the
terms of this warranty those products then
become the property of Eagles.
All replacement products will be available for
collection without charge to the customer at the
nearest Eagles branch to the customer’s location,
or elsewhere as agreed between the customer and
Eagles.
Eagles vanities are manufactured with high quality
moisture resistant materials but are not
waterproof. Excessive water and sunlight
exposure and other environmental conditions will
factor in our guarantee assessment.
Eagles liability is limited to repair, replacing or
giving a credit for the faulty goods, and it does not
include installation and/or any other Trades
services.
Warranty for commercial use is 12 months on
vanity top and 12 months on vanity cabinet.
Warranty Exclusions
W. Eagles Plumbing Supplies Pty Ltd shall be
under no liability whatsoever for:
1. Installation or part installation by someone
other than a licensed plumber.
2. Installation not in accordance with any
instructions provided.
3. Improper use.
4. Normal wear and tear.
5. Inadequate maintenance.
6. Excessive water, sunlight, Chemical,
electrochemical or electrical influences
7. Excessive or harsh detergents or abrasive
cleaners used on product finishes.
8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagles
excludes all liability for damage or injury to any
person, damage to any property, and any indirect
consequential or other loss or damage.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major
failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Under Eagles policy of ongoing product development, Eagles may change its product specification and dimensions without notice. All dimensions
shown should only be treated as a guide and should be checked prior to installation.
