The third generation of our swinging cow brush has a robust and rounded frame that
can swing and rotate the brush securely – for grooming cows on request 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year. Two pivot points, one at either end of the curved arm, improve
the grooming angles for smoother, even more cow-friendly movement.

The DeLaval swinging cow brush lets your cows groom themselves with
bristles that are the right length and firmness – stimulating blood circulation
and helping to improve cow health and performance. Research has shown
a reduction in clinical mastitis and an increase in milk production from cows

Safety and performance
The unique design of our swinging cow brush has safety built in. It rotates at a
safe, cow-friendly speed and will immediately stop if there is resistance. DeLaval
swinging cow brush has sensitive overload protection against overheating and
a significantly lower working temperature than the previous model. It also meets
the protective criteria of IP55.
Saves energy
The energy-saving automatic on/off control starts the brush rotating on
demand and stops it within 10 seconds after use. The new design is also
energy efficient using less power than previous models.

Minimal installation space is needed for the brush, and it helps cow traffic flow
when installed in the right place. It prevents cows from hurting themselves by
scratching on any available surfaces. One brush can efficiently groom up to 60
cows, keeping them cleaner, healthier and more comfortable. And this brush
operates more quietly than previous models, to help keep cows calmer, less
stressed.
Easy to install and maintain
DeLaval swinging cow brush comes pre-mounted so it is easy to install on a
wall or post and is easy to maintain. The brush cylinder can be removed for
replacement or thorough cleaning.
