Function Packages
Planning a function or birthday? We have a number of function packages
available to suit your needs. With the beautiful outlook, delicious home-cooked
Italian food, helpful and attentive staff, and flexible accommodating menu
options, Papas Pizza Pasta Bar should be your first choice for a function. We can
accommodate up to 70 people in summer/ spring and about 50 in the cooler
months. We can cater individually for food allergies, vegetarians, and kid’s meals
as part of our package options.
Option 1 – ‘We’re All Friends Package’ $30pp
This Menu is great with a group of friends or family. The Entrées and Mains
all come out on share platters where everyone can help themselves.

Option 2 – ‘I Don’t Like To Share Package’ $38pp
This menu is perfectly suited to people who prefer to have an individual
meal or who simply prefer the main meal options available.

Papas Spaghetti - Prawns, Cherry Tomatoes, Shallots, Bacon, Chilli &
Napoletana Sauce.
Penne Al Norma – Eggplant, Garlic, Onion, White Wine & Chilli in a
Napoletana Sauce.
Veal Milanese - crumbed Veal topped with Napoletana Sauce & Cheese
served with Seasonal Vegetables.
Chicken Avocado - Prawns, Avocado, Green Pepper Corns & Cream Sauce
served with Seasonal Vegetables.
Grilled Lemon Sole –topped with Capers, Spanish Onions, Parsley, Lemon &
Butter served with Seasonal Vegetables.
Capriciossa Pizza – Leg Ham, Mushrooms, Artichokes, Olives & Mozzarella.
Quattro Formaggi – Smoked Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Buffalo Mozzarella &
Fior Di Latte Cheese.

Option 3 – ‘STAND-UP PARTY PACKAGE’ $35PP
This package caters for a larger group from 25–60 people who prefer a
more casual dining experience.

Caprese Stick – Tomato, baby Bocconcini & Basil.
Roasted Capsicum Bruschetta – with Artichoke Tapenade.
Eggplant Involtini- filled with Ricotta, coated in Bread Crumbs & fried.
Meatball slider - homemade Polpette in Napoletana sauce served on Brioche with Basil
and shaved Parmesan.
Arancini – crumbed & fried Rice ball stuffed with Bolognese sauce, Mozzarella, Peas &
Ham.
Salt & Pepper Squid – lightly floured & deep fried served with fries & a lemon wedge.
Spinach & Ricotta Fritters – Spinach & Ricotta balls coated in Bread Crumbs served
with Gorgonzola dipping Sauce.

Terms & Conditions
ALL TABLES OVER 12 PEOPLE REQUIRE A SET MENU
Confirmation of Numbers & Menu Selection
Set Menu Option must be selected 7 days prior or earlier to the function date & Papas events
coordinator will need to be notified via email. Final numbers must be confirmed 2 days prior to
function.
All children who are eating under the age of 12 & part of a function, require the children’s set
menu.
Function times
Lunch functions start from 12:30pm – 4:30pm. Dinner functions can be any time from 6pm.
Restaurant curfew is 11pm. Service outside of these hours is by prior arrangement by
restaurant manager only.
Payment
A deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking. The balance is to be settled on the day of
the function.
Cancellation
The booking may be cancelled at any time, up to 7 days prior to the date. However, if the
booking is cancelled within 7 days of the function date, the $200 deposit is non-refundable.
Cakes
Customers are more than welcome to bring their own cakes to the function, no cakeage fee will
apply. We kindly ask that you let us know that you are bringing a cake in advance and that the
box is clearly labelled with the booking name.
Decorations
You are welcome to enhance or personalise by adding some decorations. Please be mindful of
the following guidelines; no confetti or similar products, balloons must be attached to weights.
Responsible service of alcohol
Papas Pizza Pasta Bar complies with the Responsible Service of Alcohol and will not serve
intoxicated or under-age patrons.
Bar Tab
You can arrange a bar tab to the value of your choice, throughout the function we can give you a
running tally as well as notify you when you are near your tab total.
I have read the terms & conditions of booking a function at Papa’s Pizza Pasta Bar and
