Julia Leggan
Lucy joined Naturalaser in March
2013 and now works across LMG,
Falkirk; Liza Konu, Perth; Salonori,
Dundee and Craig Andrew,
Glasgow. With the majority of
her experience gained in a busy
and reputable Glasgow skincare
clinic, Lucy is now our resident
DermaQuest™ expert, supplying
revolutionary facials to meet a wide
range of skin needs.
Working mainly in Edinburgh
and often based in Yuu Beauty,
Gemma joined Naturalaser in April
2013 and is a highly experienced
therapist. A real asset to the
Naturalaser network, Gemma is
also credited with introducing the
fantastic Lycon Waxing range to
our therapy list – a treatment that’s
already one of our bestsellers!
Gemma is also a facial and
massage specialist (must be
her delicate, tiny hands…) so we
recommend booking early to avoid

Julia joined Naturalaser in August

Aftercare for
Naturalaser Intense
Pulsed Light Treatments
HAIR REDUCTION
Within 24 hours of each treatment,
DO NOT:
undertake any activity that creates heat – such as exercise, sauna, steam bath, cooking over
steaming pans etc. if having face treated.
use a swimming pool or Jacuzzi.
use perfumed lotions or skincare products.
use sunbeds or sunbathe during the course of your treatment.
have treatments when immune system is low due to stress, excess alcohol/drugs, illness.
use any method of hair removal including bleaching, waxing, hair removal creams and
epilation if you have undergone Hair Reduction treatment. Trimming and shaving are fine
to remove hair in between treatments.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Do not have IPL 4 weeks prior to or after a sun holiday.
Do not use Vitamin A or glycolic products for 2 days either side of any treatment other than a
glycolic peel treatment.
DO:
use only the recommended skincare products (SPF 30 & Aloe Vera) during the course of your
treatment and apply liberally to soothe and rehydrate the skin.
advise the therapist of any changes in medications and your health.
seek the advice of your GP should you experience any ill effects.
use sun protection SPF30+ on exposed areas being treated and only use fake tan if it will be
completely worn off before your laser treatment (usually 5+ days). Remember that many
products include a ‘hint of sunshine’/fake tan.
LASER FUNGAL NAIL TREATMENT
Keep nails short, clean and free of polishes during treatment. Discard of any polishes and nail
files unless brand new or unopened. Sanitise the feet after exercise and showering with Mundo
sanitising spray. Avoid walking barefoot and bring fresh socks, tights to put on after every
treatment. Ideally flip flops are best worn to air feet.
