IMPORTANT INFORMATION…The TESA tape machine dispenses a resealable tape to the
back of pre-printed packs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO…

Ensure that tape is wound on correctly (Picture 1).
Position machine atleast half a metre in front of film reel.
Line up with guide line on the pre printed film (Picture 2).
Lock in to place using the foot brakes on the wheels.
Attach the left side of the tape to the guide line on the pre-printed film
(Picture 3).
6) When machine begins to pull film through, keep an eye on the positioning of
the tape against the guide line of the film. This is prone to drifting and may
require you to alter position of the machine (Picture 4).
7) Production can commence when tape is being dispensed parallel with the
guideline.

fingers in the tape as it
is being dispensed.
WHAT IF…. It is taking a long time to line the tape up parallel to the guide line? Slow
the machine down to decrease film/tape wastage.
