City of Glendale Sign Landscaping Samples Perpendicular to Street Definition Landscaping is required to be planted at the base of free standing and monument signs. One hundred (100) square feet of plantings shall be placed at the base of signs identifying 1-2 tenant centers. Two hundred fifty (250) square feet of plantings shall be placed at the base of master identification signs identifying centers with three (3) or more tenants; also, refer to the “Planned Sign Program (PSP)” document booklet. A minimum of three (3) plant types recommended. 0 Photographs: Area of proposed sign location. 0 Other: Sign lettering, graphic style, lighting, materials and colors will be considered upon receipt of the Sign Permit Application. Other information may be requested. The sign proposal might be subject to Plan Commission review.
