SUNDAY WORSHIP AT UUCA
Sunday,July3:
“FromSeatoShiningSea”
Rev.FredMuir
Happy Birthday USA! Let’s
join together and speak of our
country’s past, present and the
nation of our future.
Music by Betsy Kraning.
Sunday,July10:
“SpiritualDemocracy”
HannahRobertsVillnave
During this season of
interconnection, we will
consider our responsibilities to
one another as Unitarian
Universalists by exploring
three of our Principles. In the
8irst sermon in a series of three
by our Summer Minister,
Hannah, we will explore how
our Fifth Principle calls us to
embody the democratic process
in our communities.
Music by Dale Carrigan.
Sunday,July17:
“WhereLove,Justice
&CompassionMeet”
KarenLeeScrivo
Ours is a covenantal faith –
one that binds us to one
another and to love, justice and
compassion. How do we use
our powers for good and live as
interconnected beings – both in
our congregations and out in
the world? Karen Lee Scrivo,
outgoing intern minister for the
UULM-MD, invites us to search
6
for that which connects us and
calls us to something greater
than ourselves.
Music by the Director of
Contemporary Music, Josh
Long, and others.
Sunday,July24:
“SpiritualBodies”
HannahRobertsVillnave
In the second sermon of
three this month by our
Summer Minister, Hannah, we
will explore how our First
Principle calls us to af8irm one
another's bodily integrity.
Music by Sara Jones.
Sunday,July30:
“SpiritualNourishment”
HannahRobertsVillnave
In the 8inal sermon of the
series by our Summer Minister,
Hannah, we will explore how
