Follow the 21 day schedule to discover a happier, healthier you. The 21 day schedule, provides
you with the type of exercise to complete each day. You also have added exercises to challenge
you! During the first 6 days, you will complete push ups, squats and crunches. The number of
exercises and repetition will increase throughout the 21 day period. Days 7 and 14 are rest days.

30-40 MINUTE HIIT
These workouts are short, high intensity
interval exercises that will get your heart
rate up while toning the whole body. We
have provided a list of free online, 20
minute workouts that we love.

up while toning the whole body. We have
provided a list of free online, 30 and
40 minute workouts that we love.
1 HOUR YOGA
cardio slam or 40 min run
Yoga sessions can be chosen and adapted
according to your ability level. Feel free to
attend a yoga class in your area or take a
look at the list of our favourite free videos
available on youtube.
On these days, choose between a cardio
slam or a 40 minute, medium-high paced
run. If you choose to run, get outside,
enjoy the fresh and and use the inspiration
of the outdoors to motivate yourself.
Nutrition
Nutrition accounts for 70-80% of weight loss, toning and
improved health. Make sure to abide by a whole-foods
based diet. Avoid refined and processed foods, sodas,
sugars and heavy carbohydrates. Eat a diet that is high in
protein, specifically plant sources. Be sure to consume
enough carbohydrates to fuel your workouts and keep
you satisfied, not starving. Be aware of hunger spikes
and make sure not to overcompensate for your
workouts by overeating. Stay full with whole grains,
seeds, nuts, fruits and vegetables.
