Send us a picture of your pet for your chance to win 1 , 2 and 3 prizes; to a share of $250 in
Petbarn gift vouchers.
Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: The competition is open to all ages but those under 18 must have the permission of a
parent or guardian to do so.
Current employees of Council are not permitted to enter.
The entrant must live in the Camden LGA.
The entrant must be the creator of the image.
Format: Entry via Facebook only. No images supplied in hard copy will be accepted.
Content: Submissions must be a single image with only minor manipulation / touch-ups, for example
correction of red-eye, cropping, and straightening of photos.
No collages or submissions containing multiple images will be eligible to win in the competition.
The photograph must include a pet.
People and locations featured in the photograph must comply with model and property releases as
detailed below.
Photographs must not contain ‘user placed text.’
Number of Entries: There is no limit to the number of entries per person
Entry period: All photos must be entered between Monday 24 April, 2017 and 3pm, Friday 5 May,
2017.
Copyright: While the copyright of the image remains with the photographer, the entrant grants
Council and any other public or private agency authorised by Council the use and rights of the image
in promotional publications, and other media, without compensation.
Model and Property Releases: By entering the competition, the entrant confirms that they have
sufficient permission of any recognisable locations or people appearing in their photograph and this
permission is granted to both the photographer and Council to publish.
Disqualification of an Entry: Council reserves the right to disqualify any entry. Criteria for
disqualification includes (but is not limited to) photos that are deemed obscene, threatening, or
otherwise violate any laws. This is at Council’s absolute discretion and discussions will not be entered
into.
Release of Liability: Council is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
