Title: Peter Lance on Triple Cross
Location: Corte Madera, CA, Book Passage
Date: Apr 17 2007
Good evening and welcome to Book Passage. Thank you for coming out this evening and
supporting your independent book sellers and coming out to meet with author Peter
Lance. We are very excited to have him here tonight. This new book is frightening and
very interesting and at that on that little tone I heard in the back I would like to take this
moment to remind you if you have a cell phone or pager with you please take this
moment to turn it down. Thank you. The agenda for this evening's event will be Peter
will present with us, we will open the floor to questions and then he will stick around and
do some signing and his book is available at all registers. We ask that you please purchase
it before you bring it up and have it signed by Peter.
Let me tell you a little bit about Peter. He is a five time Emmy Emmy winning
investigative reporter now working as a screenwriter and novelist, with a Master's Degree
from Columbia Graduate School of Journalism and a Juris Doctor from Fordham
University School of Law. Peter spent the first 15 years of his career as a print reporter
and network correspondent. Following the 9/11 attacks Peter began investigating the
origins of the FBI's original probe into the World Trade Center bombing, bomber Ramzi
Ahmed Yousef. After visiting Yousef's former bomb factory in the Philippines, he came
away with hundreds of pages of classified documents proving that Yousef had set the
9/11 plot into motion as early as 1994. Peter then went back and examined the FBIs
original efforts to stop Yousef in 1992, as he built the first World Trade Center device.
The result is his acclaimed investigative book 1000 Years for Revenge.
Lance followed that book with Cover Up in 2004. In it he established evidence that the
Federal officials entered into an ends-means decision in 1996 that buried a treasure trove
of Al Qaeda related intelligence in order to preserve a series of mafia related cases in the
eastern district of New York. In Triple Cross the book that we are here to discuss tonight,
that's the latest installment of Peter's, 9/11 investigative trilogy. He uncovers the story of
Ali Mohamed, a trusted security advisor to Osama Bin Laden who hoodwinked the
United States for more than a decade. This one man served in a series of high security
positions within the United States security establishment. As a Special Forces Advisor,
FBI informant and CIA operative while simultaneously helping orchestrate the Al Qaeda
campaign of terror and telling its frightening stuff.
So please join me in giving a very warm welcome to Mr. Peter Lance.
Thank you. I would like to thank Elaine Petrocelli, I mean, whoo! Okay. To any author in
America coming here, this is this is to book signing what the Vatican is to Catholicism.
I mean, this is the place okay. And to be able to come here and this extraordinary group
tonight, I thank you for coming out and I thank Gene Burns for having been on his
program last night and thank you Reese for that nice introduction. I started this, I am
going to try and sink this. This is the second time I have done this and saw Al Gore do it
up in the Santa Barbara Film Festival when I saw the film and Elaine, now maybe I can

do it for terrorism what he did for global warming. So I am going to try and I will I am
sure, I will mess it up but I will do the best I can.
That's all right. The FBI is doing this right now. I can tell that. Anyway so basically just
to give you the how kind of the background of this, this is the current book. The first
book that I wrote "A 1000 Years for Revenge", the genesis of that book was that I had the morning of 9/11 I had basically woken up in California to hear that the school that my
son goes to High School, in which we will get to in a minute had been hit. It was
actually CBS radio said that that Stuyvesant High School was involved. And so after, you
know, at the end of the day when his mother, who is in New York, and I realized he was
safe, I just decided that I would put one foot in front of the other and just try and answer
the questions that we all had and we still have, which is how did this happen and could it
happen again. Because it's impossible to really, that for a citizen, a journalist to wet the
CIA or the NSA or the big five intelligence agencies, the FBI and the Justice Department
were - it was possible to go in and examine their role on the road to 9/11 because up until
9/11 the entire War on Terror was fought as a series of legal cases in the southern district.
The best prosecutor's office in the country is the office that we got Rudy Giuliani, Louis
Freeh, Patrick Fitzgerald who we now know, renowned from the Scooter Libby case US
attorney in Chicago. So the best of the best were there and their approach to fighting the
War on Terror had been prosecute these various Al Qaeda related people for the original
Trade Center bombing. For what they called the Day of Terror plot for the Bojinka case in
'96, for the Second World Trade case in '97 and ultimately the African Embassy case.
So by examining their role and by looking at, you know, talking to FBI agents, in the
bureau, out of the bureau, I was able to go in and begin to do my investigation and focus
this focuses on the justice department. What I came away with made my jaw drop, my
initial probe. What I found was that Ramzi Ahmed Yousef, this individual, the original
World Trade Center bomber, an engineer trained in London was the architect of 9/11. Not
only did he try and knock the towers down in '93 with the urea nitrate device but he then
moved to the Philippines in itself completely funded by Osama bin Laden and Al Qaeda
and his uncle Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, this is his uncle was ultimately the guy that
carried out the plot. The planes as missiles plot, the plot to fly these, to use these planes
as missiles and fly them into US buildings.
This is what we call in the trade the Ron Jeremy shot. This is Khalid Sheikh after he was
arrested in '03 in Pakistan and of course as recently as a few weeks ago, he finally
"confessed" and gave the full story in Guantanamo Bay. And we will get into that in a
minute but anyway September 11, 2,973 deaths and to this day Osama bin Laden has
never been indicted for 9/11. The Bush administration closed Alec Station the dedicated
Osama bin Laden unit at the CIA last year. 9/11 has become a cold case okay. And even
though they say that they claim they are going to try and prosecute some of these people,
these, you know, high valued detainees in military tribunals. You would practically have
to rewrite the US constitution for any of these people to see any kind of traditional justice.
Because many of these suspects were, as you know, captured, tortured et cetera. And no
matter how you may feel about that given what they did to our country we have to again
rewrite the fourth, fifth and sixth Amendments in order to get them any kind of traditional
trial and even this Supreme Court, I doubt would be willing to do that.
So clearly even though they made noise about bringing these people to justice, it's
FORAtv - http://fora.tv
2 of 17
unlikely they ever will. So we are left as citizens to try and find out the truth and clearly
as you'll hear tonight, the 9/11 commission utterly failed. The 9/11 commission on both
sides and I am with equal opportunity critic. There are people on the right that embraced
my work when it criticizes Clinton there. There are people on the left that embraced my
work when I criticized the Bush bookends you know, Bush 41 and Bush 43 and to some
degree the Reagan administration. But I I basically called the shots where you know,
call it where it lies and I think ultimately it's has helped me to develop a following people
that understand that I truly want to get to the truth. And there is a happy ending to the
story, in the sense that there is a trial that you will see coming up in mid May that is
starting in New York. A murder trial that actually holds the key to us maybe, reopening
this investigation.
The 9/11 commission report failed. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, this is a New York Times
story from a few weeks ago. It says he also took responsibility for the 1993 Trade Center
bombing why is that important. Because in the 9/11 commission report the last official
investigation of the biggest mass murder in US history, they never, they basically said that
Al Qaeda was not responsible for the first Trade Center bombing. It's a group of loosely
organized Sunni Islamists, that's the exact phrase from the 9/11 probe. They then moved
the plot from the Philippines as I will demonstrate it happened in 1994 and '95.
The plot that Yousef conceived that his uncle executed, they move it from the Philippines
to Afghanistan, they claimed that Khalid Sheikh, on his own, not even a member of the
Al Qaeda at that time had pitched to Bin Laden in '96 and you know, the plot only began
to gather momentum in '98. In fact this plot they had seven targets they were they had
10 men training in the US flight schools in 1995. It was absolutely a top down organized
Al Qaeda plot and the origins of it, the seeds of it and the people involved date back to
1989 in New York where the FBI first had them on the radar. And it's the FBI's
unwillingness to admit the number of mistakes they made and CYA, the oldest excuse in
the book right, just don't admit for all. Cover your - rewrite history because we don't
want to be blamed for earlier mistakes ultimately led to them bracketing the intelligence
and not giving the other agencies the full picture on the Al Qaeda threat and the Towers
went down as a result.
I am not blaming the FBI, I am not one of the inside job theorists and some of you tonight
may believe that somehow people in our government did it. I don't, for reasons that we
will talk about tonight. But just what I have uncovered alone is so astonishing, what it
says about government, the failure of government and the willingness of the officials at
the highest levels on both sides of the aisle to cover up the truth is just astonishing and it
truly is a metaphor for what we need to do in terms of reform in this country. So without
further ado and by the way he - when he admitted this two weeks ago vindicated what I
have been saying from this first book "A 1000 Years for Revenge". He finally admitted
that he was involved with the original World Trade Centre bombing and ultimately you
know, it proved the 9/11 commission wrong.
Now Stuyvesant High School I told you the origin you see Stuyvesant is here. You see it
here, this is a shot of Stuyvesant in relation to the World Trade Center, four blocks north.
That's the call that I got on CBS Radio that morning, reported Stuyvesant was hit.
When I found out Chris was okay, the next person I found out about that I had known that
was missing was Ronnie Bucca. Ronnie Bucca was an extraordinary fire marshal ex
FORAtv - http://fora.tv

green beret, was in a military intelligence unit in the army reserve, was stationed at the
Boeing Air Force base in Washington. For years he would read the intelligence find
realize that kind of spotty job the FBI had been doing, and predicted for years that men
were going to come back and hit the Trade Center again.
And Ramzi Yousef, of course, the architect of the nine the 1993 bombing was an
engineer trained in Wales one of the most formidable adversaries we have ever had in
this country. On the night of the bombing, February 26, where Yousef built his Urea
Nitrate fuel oil device, had he placed it against the seawall. The three foot thick seawall,
that the World Trade Center essentially sat in it's bath tub surrounded by a three foot thick
sea wall in lower Manhattan, had he placed it against the seawall all of the Hudson would
have interdicted lower Manhattan, come up the sub way tunnels. A catastrophe of epic
proportion would have ensued. But he happened to put the bomb in the wrong place and
hoping to knock tower one into tower two. You will see later he had another mistake of
where a bomb placement. But it wasn't bomb design. This guy was a formidable genius.
So Ronnie that night this is the picture of him, walking into the Trade Center that night.
He actually took this shot. This is the edge of the B2 level. Yousef's bomb was so
powerful, it blew threw four 11 inch thick re-barred floors of concrete down into this
chasm and Ronnie's best friend from Rescue-one Kevin Shea going along that night
because the early word was that it's a transformer fire, thinking he falls four stories into
this pit, impels his leg, almost dies and Ronnie goes to meet him that night at Beekman
Downtown Hospital and he used to call him round, round peg and a square hole, that was
the nick name. Don't worry round we are the fire marshals, it's the biggest arson fire in
New York history will be involved. Well the FBI excluded the fire department. So, on his
own, Ronnie Bucca began investigating, working double shifts back to back mutual tours,
24-hours. I mean, I don't know if you can comprehend as a fire fighter what that is. Going
to the New York public library, doing his own research on terrorism. Learning about
Hezbollah, learning about you know, Al Fatah beginning to educate himself. Joining this
military intelligence detachment going to building air force base, reading the Intel and
began to realize that blind Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman, who you will see is one of the
key figures who runs like a hot circuit cable through this story. Ronnie discovers in 1999,
I am getting ahead but I want a preview of the importance of Ronnie Bucca. Finds out
that the man on his army, see this gentleman right here. This is the guy named Ahmed
Amin Refai. This is his photograph, he is an accountant in the FDNY and in 1999,
Ronnie Bucca discovers that he got the plans of the World Trade Center a year before the
first bombing and he was an intimate of the blind Sheikh. He is on the arm of the blind
Sheikh acting as his translator. He brings this to the joint terrorist task force. The key
you know, the Federal Investigative Agency of the FBI New York and they blow him off,
nothing happens. Okay they ignore him. And some of the players that did that were key to
this entire investigation I am going to describe tonight.
Had the FBI done a federal job even in 1999, the towers, they could have got a much
broader understanding of the Al Qaeda threat to New York. The blind Sheikh, he is the
spiritual head of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. He is the spiritual leader of what
they call it the day of terror plot which is the plot to blow up the bridges and tunnels into
Manhattan. He is the key to the African Embassy bombings in '98, were done on his
name. The Cold Attack was done in his name. And he was so important to Al Qaeda that

the Taliban three weeks a week before 9/11 offered to exchange him for the Christian
missionaries being held in Kabul at the time. This was one of the mosques he operated
out of Al Salam Mosque in New Jersey City and Kennedy Boulevard. You will see what
a crucial role this plays in the story.
Ali Mohamed when I had done my first two books I got closer and closer to the truth.
You know, this is like an ongoing investigation. I have been lucky enough that Harper
Collins has given me this you know, forum to tell this story. And with each investigation
you know, I begin to fill in the dots more and more. So the first book I, you know, I
discovered that there is you know, what I believed to be gross negligence in the failure of
these agencies and then the second book cover up speaks for itself. I find out that there is
an affirmative obstruction of justice where they bury key Al Qaeda related information in
'96 and I - keep saying to myself, why, why what's the key and then one day I woke up
and I realized Ali Mohamed was the Rosetta Stone.
I had mentioned him briefly in both of my two books. Ali Mohamed as you will see
tonight I could not in my wildest days as a screen writer, writing fiction ever have come
up with this guy's story. And it's absolutely true and its jaw dropping. You will see his
story tonight and when I knew Ali Mohamed, if I could tell his story for you know, from
beginning to end, maybe I would have a closer perspective of the snapshot of the truth. In
1984, he worked for a time as an operator for the CIA in Hamburg infiltrated a mosque.
In 1980, he came to America, on the plane coming into America seduced an American
medical technician who lived in Silicon Valley on the plane. Marries her six weeks later
to drive-through wedding chapel in Reno, Nevada now he is watering the one of her
condo in the middle of Silicon Valley, joins the US army, and from '87 to '89 he is at the
John F. Kennedy Special Warfare School at Fort Bragg with access to top secret military intelligence.
Ultimately I find out from '92 on he is an FBI informant on the West Coast, a year before
the World Trade Center bombing. So he is learning the entire FBI playbook in Al Qaeda.
He has and I understand he is directly inter-relating with Osama Bin Laden. You'll see
how close to Bin Laden he is. Why should we care, we should care because as I said
earlier the 9/11 commission utterly failed to tell this story, you will see later, there is one
little paragraph about Ali Mohamed in the 9/11 commission report which by the way got
nominated for National Book Award. Why, 75 members on the staff, half of them were
alumni of the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, the White House or the Congressional oversight
committees that failed to do the oversight.
So this is ultimately the fox guarding the chicken coup. And again it's on both sides of the
aisle you know, you could say it was just a bunch of Republic, no, no, no this is both
sides of the aisle. You will Jamie Gorelick who was one of the 10 commissioners. One of
the things she did that was just astonishing, the Jersey girls of these four amazing widows
and the women speaking at the podium is Monica Gabriel who lost her husband Rich in
the 78th floor. He was on the same floor as Ronnie Bucca you will see in the south tower
on 9/11. They were outraged that there was no accountability, that the 9/11 commission
didn't name a single name. Not one person held the accountable for this mass murder, the
failure of the government to prevent it. It wasn't just the greatest intelligence failure since
Pearl Harbor. It was the greatest intelligence failures since the Trojan horse. And the on
the day out it was greatest defense failure in American history.
And as much as the Bush administration could blame Clinton for the eight years of, you
FORAtv - http://fora.tv
5 of 17
know, the lapses during those eight years. The day out was an astonishing failure of
defense in this country. So on both sides of the aisle there is more than enough plan to go
on and yet no one ever has been called to accountability, except in my three books where
I name the names of these guys. And up until now, believe me, they have the law of libel - even though they are public officials and under the New York Times rule, you know, it's
even though they are public officials and under the New York Times rule, you know, it's
harder to sue a public official. You have to approve malice, reckless disregard for the truth.
Not once with all the facts that you are going to hear tonight has any of these have any
of them even laid a glove on me and I have I have gone overboard in my research. And
in this book Triple Cross 670 pages, there are 100 pages of documentary evidence. There
are 1500 end notes; they are like 40 pages of documentary declassified. I have to be
overly, overly scrupulous and it's I am happy to be in order to be able to to lay the story down.
Okay. Paul Thomson one of the people that really helped me, Paul Thomson is an
amazing American, went to Stanford went to actually New Zealand and after 9/11
began putting a database together called cooperativeresearch.org and many of you
progressive people from this area, know about it. So and the Jersey girls turned me out
and in fact if I had it when I wrote the first book it would have taken me half the time.
Paul basically has gone and taken over 20,000 mainstream media's to sources. The New
York times the London times etcetera not just, you know, right or left wing crazy you
know, bloggers but, I mean, major mainstream media and has taken the essence of
various stories at various times and put them down because as you know, after 9/11 there
are lot of fax that came out they were later rewritten or white washed later on down the
line or watered down. So he has built this incredible database which is accessible to all of
you. And he periodically, he has done some work for me helped me with this book.
So I got Judith Reagan, you know, we will talk about her in a minute when she had been
my publisher in first three books. I got Judith to meet him and she published this terror
time line which is a compendium of his work up until 2004. So Paul was had helped me
out. Now why should we care? You know, that this is what they may, if you are going to
carry on anything on a plane now, since August, this is what you are allowed to carry,
right liquid gels etcetera.
New York times August 11th threats and responses, echoes with early design. The plot
that was uncovered by MI5 last summer was a 100 percent mirror image of the Bojinka
plot that Ramzi Yousef designed in 1995 that was thwarted for reasons we will get into. It
was a separate plot from 9/11 and it's repeatedly confused by people like James Woolsey
the ex-CIA Director with the 9/11 plot. Completely separate plot. There was a plot to get
on the first leg of a two leg hop of US jumbo jets as hitting Asia. So let's say they would
get on the first leg in Hong Kong, fly to Singapore. On that leg they would take a little
bomb built out from a Casio watch, diluted nitro glycerin put it over the center wing fuel
tank of the plane, get of. It was a non-suicide plot and the plane would fly over the Pacific
boom! And the little device would act as a detonator to blow the plane apart. It's opposed
to Pan-Am 103 which had a Toshiba boom box with almost a liter of Semtex c4 check
explosive. That destroyed the plane. This was using this ingenious device.
So Yousef was such a criminal genius. He went from building weapons of mass
destruction to be moved by truck from point A to point B as in the World Trade Center
bomb 1500 pounds to these little devices. This is how formidable this guy was. Now in
FORAtv - http://fora.tv
6 of 17
1996 I became aware and this is where Al Qaeda meets the mob and you are going to go
is this, what is this guy smoking. But now trust me this is an FBI 302 memo. And on my
website and in my books you will dozens of these memos that are recorded by the FBI in
real time at the time where in 1996 Yousef is captured, rendered back to America, waiting
trial for this Bojinka case and he begins passing notes through a mafia informant to
another terrorist over here and they say we are going to put a bomb in a plane to get a
mistrial on the Bojinka case.
Okay and he talks in one of the notes in the - I don't have my pointer working but this is
acetone peroxide. He is talking about using acetone peroxide. Acetone peroxide is the
central ingredient that was the base explosive to be used in this plot uncovered by MI5
last August. That's why we should care. Because evidence that the FBI buried to save this
ma - these series of mafia cases which I will explain tonight, 10 years ago surfaced last
summer and almost, God forbid, if they had ever carried that plot out. Okay. So that's
why we should care. This is an ongoing threat.
Now the DeVecchio case, this is the case I will get to in a minute and you know, I am
giving you the headlines and I am now going to try and fill in all the details. The
DeVecchio case was a case in which an alleged corrupt FBI supervisory special agent R.
Lindley DeVecchio on the right, on this the left, I guess, you see him when he was a
young stud agent in the bureaus of the New York Office.
And over here is his mug shot when he was indicted on four counts of murder. I told his
story for the first time in cover up and I told it in 2004 because I found out that the reason the FBI
buried this evidence was in part to cover up a scandal involving him and an alleged corrupt
relationship with a mafia killer and they made it ends-means decision.
See this is not an Oliver Stone shadow conspiracy, this is just the way people are motivated. CIA
don't want to be embarrassed, let's put this fire out over here, so another fire doesn't erupt over.
You know, that kind of thing, it happens everyday in business and government and they decided this
Al Qaeda thing is going to blow away. Yousef is getting 240 years, the blind Sheikh got 240 years.
These mugs are gone, they are gone and yet we have 60 cases remaining in this Colombo war and if
we let this DeVecchio scandal get out of hand, these cases are all going to unravel as a federal judge
said. So they made a decision to bury this evidence and let this guy go free. When I wrote a story,
my book the Brooklyn DA empanelled a grand jury and he got indicted on four counts of homicide.
And I am about to be subpoenaed as a witness in the case. And I am going to file a motion to quash
so I can cover the trial. Because if I am witness I can't cover the trial.
But that the idea that he got indicted for murder is some indication and not that I am the key, in
fact it's ironic but the DeVecchio defense is trying to argue that Peter Lance is the reason he got
indicted. Which is they have done more than Harper Collins publicity department where ever able
to do. But the truth is I was a part of the puzzle. I made the story comprehensible. I gave the DA a
way of looking at the story from the beginning and the end and then they did their job. They
empanelled a grand jury subpoenas and then they interviewed over 70 witnesses and they put the case together.
Anyway this is the indictment in March 30th, ex-FBI agent accused in role of four organized crime
killings and by the way the one killing that I focused on the book, he was not indicted for. So the
idea that I would have been the you know, the reason he got indicted is crazy but in any event, there
is a new chance to get at the truth from 9/11. The woman and the beautiful woman in the middle
was one of his one of the victims of Scarpa Sr., another guy Larry Lampesi and a young boy
named Patrick Porco. These are some of the 12 victims that happened in the course of this war and
FORAtv - http://fora.tv
7 of 17
that's the DA's flowchart on the thing.
Just last week on the New York Post, 2 sleuths ducking 'mob fed'. One they called me a sleuth,
this is the New York Post. I am not ducking the subpoena, I actually found out they were going to
subpoena me and invited them to. I said, "Bring it effectively as my fourteen year old daughter
would say and so I could get this subpoena in time to file this motion to quash". Any way the Blind
Sheikh you'll see in the story is the key that runs like the hot circuit cable to the story.
Now I am going to get specific. The August 6th PDB to President Bush the one like the infamous
PDB a month before 9/11 talks about a plot to hijack of a plane to free the Blind Sheikh that was
one of the revelations in this treasure trove of evidence in 1996 along with the acetone peroxide,
along with proof of an active Al Qaeda Cell in New York City in 1996, along with proof that Al
Qaeda was involved in Khobar Towers bombing. They also mentioned but not name Ali Mohamed
in this PDB. That information was part of this information that was buried by the FBI, that has since
come surfaced, okay? As the French say, the more things changed the more they stay the same.
Thousand Years For Revenge, one of the most stunning revelations in this book was that in July of
1989, now I am going to begin to take this story back in detail. I'll try and talk quickly because this
I don't know how I am going to get this all on, but is that working for you so far? Am I just
rambling or is it making little bit of sense? Okay. July of 1989, next this, let me see if I get this, there
is a way to do one of these you know, the little what you call that thing, the infrared dot, there you
go. Hey! You see this, do you see this photo. This is in this is a surveillance photo, on four
weekends when Bush 41 is in the White House, in July of '89 the height of the summer season, a
half a mile above the Hamptons, the FBI special operations group, the group that got Gotti followed
a group of MEs, Middle Eastern men from a mosque in Brooklyn and over four weekends, shot
hundreds of photographs of them firing automatic weapons.
Okay. Of the men photographed, this man Mahmud Abouhalima Egyptian, this man Mohammad
Salameh a Palestinian, this guy Nidal Ayyad convicted later in the World Trade Center bombing
with Yousef. This individual Clement Hampton El convicted with the Blind Sheikh in the plot to
blow up the bridges and tunnels. This guys El Sayyid Nosair Egyptian is convicted of killing Rabbi
Meir Kahane in 1990. All of these men directly funded by Al Qaeda and directly trained by Ali Mohamed.
So you see the why should we care factor. And this happened in July of '89. So the FBI knows
about these guys. They may not have done the connective tissue to Ali at this point. But this is the
year after Al Qaeda is founded. Okay. So the FBI, the best of the best, the New York office, the
JTTF, not the Wichita office, not the (indiscernible) office but the New York office knows about
this. Sergeant Ali Mohamed is the guy who trains them.
Now I have in the in the middle of this book, to make it easy, just lest you go, oh my god. You
know, although you people look like for you a 670 page book would be like fun. You know you'll
every one of you looks like you'd enjoyed that. Some people would go, Oh! 670 pages I use it to
press my shirts. But I have in the middle of this book a 32 page color illustrated time line while I like
to refer to as the little golden book of terror and the purpose of this is to allow you if you put the
book down to get back into it, to understand who the players are, to see where all of this fits in the
time line, the time line itself is pegged to the pages in the book, so that you can dig-in into
understand how this epic story starts.
I started the time line in a 1000 Years for Revenge, had a version of it and then now I filled in the
dots. And the time line goes back actually now 25 years. If those of you don't want to reach into
your pockets tonight to buy the book, you can go to my website to download the time line for free.
And then you will go, Oh gee, I could have gotten a signed copy, I should have bought it with the

other night when Peter was there.
1981, Sadat is murdered; this is when the story starts. Okay. 20 some years go. Anwar al-Sadat as
you remember gets the Nobel price for making peace with Israel with Begin. He is cut down by a
series of radical Egyptian Army officers. They, one of the people in the unit was Ali Mohamed, but
he was at the time he was at 4th Fort Bragg in North Carolina. He was like a officer exchange
program, so he never got indicted. The key, well one of the key players arrested in the assassination
was Dr. Ayman al-Zawahiri not to be forgotten by history. From a very, very prominent Egyptian
family, he is a surgeon, he ends up in jail. That's a shot of him in prison. And he used to do the
nightly press briefings because he spoke English and he became really famous after this case. And
he was eventually freed only to go on to lead the Egyptian Islamic jihad which where the precursor
group that helped him emerge into Al Qaeda, formed Al Qaeda. He is, as you know, the number
two guy. Whenever you see a video file run now, you don't see Bin Laden, you'll see him. He is the
force behind. And his he was the Rabbi and I and I use that word you know the chosen people
would be upset if I did, but I use it as a term of mentor. He was the mentor for Ali Mohamed and
now when Ali Mohamed was thrown out of the Egyptian Military when Mubarak took over after
Sadat he got rid of the crazies or he felt he did and the Egyptian Military the zealots and Ali is out of
the job so what is Dr. Al Zawahiri he sees the potential of Ali? He is a commando he speaks four
languages including Hebrew. He is a stone you know, operative on the ground knuckle-draggers
as they call him in the trade and he (indiscernible) send him to Egypt there. So he spends a year in
Egypt there and learns all of the counterterrorism - air piracy counterterrorism measures for the state airline.
Now, Beirut 1983, what you have? April, look at that, doesn't that look like the Oklahoma City
bombing? Absolutely. The US Embassy - they drive a truck bomb again the Ramzi Yousef and well
right under the portico boom 70 people killed. The famous Marine Barracks - October all the
beautiful yeah I'm loving them 240 people died in a Sunday morning. William Buckley the CIA
Station Chief kidnapped for months by Hezbollah, this is Hezbollah's work, okay. So the CIA is
desperate to get anybody that speaks Arabic that has the Islamic mindset and Ali smart Ali
Mohamed approaches the CIA in Cairo they sent him to Hamburg and according to legend and
you know there are no press releases in the CIA so we don't know. He allegedly blows his cover
by infiltrating a mask and admitting that he is really one the brothers and that really work him as CIA
so they allegedly kick him out as an operative however, mysteriously he slips pass the watch list
how did he get pass the watch list? You know, he had help and his former commander in Fort
Bragg told me he believed that it was a CIA that helped him.
Anyway Ali ends up on this flight - TWA Flight into New York and meets Linda Lee Sanchez on
the plane I talked to her 100 pages of transcript she never spoke to any journalists before she
confessed little by little and still loves the guy which is wild when you hear his story. They get
married and just drives-through chapel of the bells they drive-through wedding chapel in Reno,
Nevada. He is living in this house - he recruits another young Egyptian and by the way, Egyptian,
Egyptian, Egyptian this is all around Bin Lander the hierarchy of Al Qaeda, the Blind Sheikh, Ali
Mohamed, Mohammed Atta allegedly killed after the invasion of Afghanistan, Al Zawahiri,
Mohammed Atta the lead hijacker huge Egyptian influence on Al Qaeda, okay. This guy is Khalid
Dahab young medical student comes to America becomes Ali's sleeper in Silicon Valley and Ali
sets up a sleeper cell in Silicon Valley teaching the brother's bond making automatic weapons fire all
kinds of trade craft, okay?
In 1986 he enlists in the US Army and they let him in and he is not even a US citizen he is at the
time he is applying to for naturalize citizenship and he ends up at Fort Bragg now, here is the

quote from his Colonel, Colonel Anderson, I think you and I have a better chance of winning the
power ball lottery than an Egyptian major in the unit that assess Sadat or have getting a visa, getting
to California, getting into the army and getting assigned to a special forces unit that just does not
happen it did happen, okay. So he is down at Fort Bragg and the precursor to Al Qaeda was a
network called the Services Office for the Mujahideen or the MAK. There was this network of fund
raising centers around the world. It was created by Abdullah Azzam a Palestinian scholar and after
the Soviets were dispatched and they raised millions and millions of years and in fact Dr. Al
Zawahiri you going to find out came to America twice was in America at through Ali Mohamed's
sponsorship. He was going around to mosques in America raising money for for this cause.
Ultimately, the when the Soviets were dispatched when the Soviets leave Afghanistan in
February there are still millions of year and cash come in so Bin Laden and Al Zawahiri want the
money for the worldwide jihad because the Egyptians want to overthrow Mubarak. He wants to
keep it in Afghanistan just use it for the Taliban, you know, to create a Taliban like government if you will, right
On his way to Friday Juma prayers in 1989 November with his two sons - boom car bomb
assassinated oh wonder who did that? Definitely these guys, okay. So he is out, the network is in
and now they have this incredible brick modeled network around the world with several locations.
Jersey City 2828 Kennedy Boulevard, Brooklyn New York, Atlantic Avenue, the Al-Farooq
Mosque this is the mosque and this is where the FBI in those four weekends in 1989 followed the guys from, okay.
Now, this is a stone Al Qaeda outpost (indiscernible) in New York City in 1989. Are you with me?
This is one of the surveillance photos from (indiscernible) and you could see this is the six foot two
redheaded Egyptian Mahmud Abouhalima. They said he had crusader's blood, you know, because
he has red hair, okay and he is stuck out like a (indiscernible). He has got a blood of Mohammed,
you know, the mother named him Mahmud and Mohammed and that he is six foot two, he is a
redhead too, I mean how could you not find these guys in New York City where a year later when
the FBI tried to follow them? Okay. He is with this little Palestinian guy Mohammed Salameh, they
become key in this story and they show up dozens of times on the FBI radar. Now El Sayyid
Nosair is another one of the shooters from Calverton. He is shooting this Nickel plated gun - nine
millimeter gun and the FBI has all kinds of have photos of it, okay? I mentioned Egyptian
Egyptian. The Blind Sheikh arrives in July of 1990, okay and within several months Rabbi Meir
Kahane now you have heard of him. He is the founder of the Jewish Defense League verdantly anti
Arab he was thrown out of the Israeli Knesset because of his extremist views. He wanted all Arab
to move from the state of Israel, but nobody deserves to die. And this guy is giving a speech one
night at the Marriott Hotel, at Lexington Avenue in New York when El Sayyid Nosair rushes in
posing as a Jew with the same gun that the FBI photographed in 1989 and boom,
boom, boom shoots him. The Rabbi goes to Bellevue Hospital he runs out to Lexington Avenue.
There is a gun battle with the postal off duty postal inspector he is shot in the neck, he goes to
Bellevue. He lives but Rabbi dies, okay? And parallel stories of Bellevue and that night, so look at
photograph by the FBI. He is the member of the Islamic group. The Blind Sheikh's radical group
that laid to the Lexington Massacre, okay? See the shot, this is one of the rear shots of and this is
an example of the people that follow my work they call me Shannon Taylor - the guy took the shot
called me and gave me this. Nosair was trained by Ali Mohamed that night Mahmud Abouhalima
and Salama were the getaway drivers, they were supposed to be waiting outside the hotel in a cab.
Well - Abouhalima was the hack driver and the cops made them move forward. So they are not
there, so he runs off and there is nobody to you know, nowhere to go and he gets captured. That
night the FBI goes to his house, Cliffside Park, New Jersey Nosair's house, they bring 47 boxes

of evidence including pictures of the World Trade Center, bomb recipes received for 1400
rounds of ammunition, Arabic writing that talk about the destruction of the enemies of allah by
exploiting the civilized pillars and their high world buildings, if they had been a flashing neon light
pointing at the World Trade Center okay what else did they find? Top secret memos from Fort
Bragg, North Carolina - this memo, the soviets would have paid a million bucks for this one piece
of paper at the head of the Cold War. What is it? The location of all Special Forces Units and Navy
Seal Units worldwide in December 5 1988 the latitude and longitude. What intelligence? How could
this be in the home of some guy working as a ganitor in the court building across the street? Nosair
- this lonely guy how the heck does he get the stuff? Look at this, top secret memos from the Joint
Chief of Staff to all the sinks and the FBI acquiesces to a decision by the NYPD to call it a lone
gunman case even though they find these two guys at the house as getaway drivers. They arrest
them as material witnesses that night they let them go the next day. He is a lone gunman he has tried
as a lone gunman. Okay.
Now next murder. That's so, you got the Blind Sheikh arrives in July by November you have
the first murder of a world figure. Now February - Mustafa Shalabi unfortunately, I have no picture
of him. This is his house in Brooklyn. He was another Egyptian he was one of the founders of the
this network the MAK. He ran the Al-Farooq Mosque. He ran the office with these guys
came to and he was a host to Ali Mohamed he was a host to this guy named Wadih El-Hage
we will find out later its very important Lebanese convert to Islam later became Bin Laden's
assistant and the Blind Sheikh when he came to New York and Abouhalima picked him up in a
limo Sheikh Rahman and Shalabi - we don't have a picture of him. This is his house. Pretend he is
behind the door or he is living there at that time. Shalabi embraces the Blind Sheikh and then
however the Sheikh begins to covet the money coming into this office want to eat himself thousands
of dollars a month and Shalabi on the 21st of right around the time of the invasion of Iraq by
George by Bush I mean invasion of you know, the operation Desert Storm okay? Right
around the eve of that he becomes worried Shalabi because the Blind Sheikh is denouncing him and
Mosques calling him a bad Muslim. He calls on Ali Mohamed boy, does he call a wrong guy? He
trusts Ali Mohamed to get him back to Egypt he gets his wife back to Egypt. If he wants to come
back home he is got a ticket, he is ready to leave and he never makes it. They find him bludgeoned,
goaded, stabbed two red hairs in his hand. Was it Abouhalima, we don't know? It remains
open homicide in the 61 Precinct in Brooklyn, New York to this day.
I talked to Steven Emerson, one of the great terrorism investigators who believed that Ali was the
cleaner liked the role member of the affirm to key to the cleaner - the guy that came in you
know, pulp fiction Harvey Keitel character you go in after the fact, you sanitize the crime scene.
He believed that that's the role that Ali played. Anyway now, 45,000 pages of southern district
trial transcripts formed helped to form the body of work. I told you the world was fought as a
series of trials in the southern district. I read all these cases - 46 volumes of researches now to 55.
And what I did with the Macintosh in earlier version of this, file maker pro Google, Paul
Thompson I read every single book in the subject, every - you know, 10,000 news articles from
Paul Thomson. Every time I came across a variation on an Islamic name and properly noun
Mahmud Abouhalima - Mahmud Abouhalima will lead Al Nor El Nor I typed every variation and
and I began putting together the database what the FBI should have been doing for years, right?
And that's when I began connecting the dots and when I connect, oh my god. Okay that's how this
investigation is preceded. And the most amazing dot that I connected and it took this book to do it
and I'll explain why because it was the story of Sphinx Trading. Now memorize that Egyptian
FORAtv - http://fora.tv

Egyptian, the Sphinx, right?
Let me give you that let me see if I can give you the background and how I did it first because
that's how is it to - you know, I don't want a over blow what I've done but it sometimes that how
you do it is almost is fascinating as what you discover. And in this case, I told you I have those
45,000 pages, but I never have the Nosair transcript because it was local, remember lone gunman
prosecuted by Morgenthau DA - the DA, when I was in law school, I worked as a Trial
Preparation Assistant I have a huge admiration for Robert Morgenthau - the DA and anyway his
office does the prosecution of Nosair originally and it's a transcript, it's paper, its not on disc. So
you wouldn't believe when it took me to $3000 and it months to put it and to final all three
stenographers that worked on it and put it together and I am reading it and one day I go oh my god
El Sayyid Nosair the killer of this world figure Kahane there is a picture you'll have in a minute
has a mailbox and a check cashing store at 2828 Kennedy Boulevard. That is in the transcript. So
that in 1990 - '91, the FBI knows that this killer of a world figure has a mailbox. Now I go this is
that they do two million a year in money transfers in the Middle East, okay? So that's start
number one, okay? Now I go on and pull the certificate of incorporation for Sphinx Trading. I see
when it was founded. Waleed Abouel Nour and Mohammed El-Atriss are the two bros that
founded this place, okay? So now I go over to Sphinx Trading and I go in and I'm taking
photographs a guy comes up to me and says, "What are you doing what are you doing?" and I
go, "Well, I am a journalist and I am doing a story on how the FBI covered up 9/11." I show him
my "Yes, they cover up 9/11, you are right right." So I said, "Brother, let me ask you something.
Salaam-Alaikum - Alaikum Salaam, is is Waleed is brother Waleed around? "No he is in
Cairo." I said, "Is he still running the store?" "Yeah, he is still running the store." Okay, fine. So I
established that Waleed Abouel Nour and through other means is still a principle of this little it's
about the size of this room, this mailbox store in Jersey City. We'll go to the significance of this in a
minute. So dot number one is Nosair has the mailbox, dot number two, you'll see in a minute how'll
they did a mop up to the- after the original World Trade Centre bombing case where they failed to
stop it, you know, prove in a minute how they could have stopped the original bombing. They do a
mop up, they try and quickly pull together an investigation and they arrest the Blind Sheikh and
and above 11 others in a plot to blow up the bridges and tunnels the UN, FBI Headquarters in
New York and they convict them and Patrick Fitzgerald who goes on to become the US Attorney
in Chicago and the special prosecutor in Libby Case and his beloved liberal's but at that may be
after telling you will have a different view. Andrew McCarthy one of the top prosecutors in the
Southern district prosecute this case. And it's one of the early big victories for the Feds in New
York, when they convict these guys, okay?
There was a list of a 172 unindicted coconspirators and one the list are - I can't my - I can't
really see that. Well, but Osama Bin Laden, Ali Mohamed, okay and Waleed Abouel Nour - he is
on this list this guy from Sphinx Trading is important enough to be on the list with Osama Bin
Laden, okay? So the Feds that's dot number two. By 1994, the Feds realized somehow this guy
at Sphinx Trading is important - okay. We should be watching Sphinx Trading. And by the way,
how did I put together Sphinx Trading, how did I even think it was important when I read the
names Sphinx Trading? You see this building? This is the Masjid Al-Salaam - this is Blind Sheikh's
mosque at 2824 Kennedy Boulevard. I didn't even have to go to my database. On this I haven't
lost that many brain cells wait a minute 28 and shut up there is Sphinx Trading in the same
building. Okay - is this genuine equity known as the Jersey Jihad Office. Half of the members are
are like say half a dozen guys were convicted in this day of terror plots. So it's clearly a hot bed
FORAtv - http://fora.tv

of Islamic radical activity. So Ali Mohamed would come up with his - show his training tapes from
Fort Bragg to the brothers in this place, okay? So now you've got dot number two, you've got
these guys on this list, okay. Where do you think two of the 9/11 hijackers get their fake ID's in
July of '01? Sphinx Trading - the 100 square foot mailbox door, okay? All they had to do was treat
it the way they treated John Gotti Ravenite Social Club for seven years, they sat on that thing. They
had a plan across the street. They short every single living Italian Sicilian that came in and out of the
place and good I am glad they did and they finally got Gotti after three failed attempts. They
finally put a spike mike in the wall of the mafia widow up above and they got him conspiring with
and Gotti went down. Finally the tough one down, guess what? If the FBI had applied 10 percent
of the energy investigating Al Qaeda that they applied to organized crime, the towers would be
standing in lower Manhattan and it is not a doubt in my mind. And that is where the outrage comes from.
This isn't just passion out with me, its outrage because after a while you start to go, "Why? How
could we be this unprotected? How we are spending $40 billion a year on intelligence apparatus,
where Americans are told they are being protected. Where Hollywood makes the FBI look the
agency that always gets its man." You know, and in fact it's a bunch of key stone cops, cover up
specialists, guys that are afraid to admit they are wrong. Not all, many great agents and in a minute
you are going to see me celebrate an incredible female agent named Nancy Floyd who tried, who
did her best only to have management and the bureau thwart her, denigrate her, investigate her. Okay okay.
Look at this Mohamed el-Atriss, he is the guy that sold, the fake IDs, being arrested. Look at that
he is one of the two guys that they knew about back in 1994. And who is he being arrested by, the
FBI, no. The Passaic Sheriff, Jerry Speziale, He made the case on this guy. Not the Feds. In fact
the US attorney in New York, Chris Christie threatened to shut the the Sheriff's Department
down if they did a raid of the guy's premises. Can you believe that, okay?
Now question is as old as Watergate baby? What do they know and when did they know?
Okay, that's at a certain point you go, this can't be, it can't be that bad. That can't be then you
go what is going on here? Okay. Ali Mohamed he is the key. 1992, I find out he is an informant on
the west coast. Now this story that I am about to tell you, this part of the story and I am going as
fast as I can. Are you still is it working for you? This part of the story blows anything I have told
you, way up it's like you cannot even you are not going to believe this, but its true. This is an
explanation for how the FBI failed to miss this viper in their midst. Okay.
Again the guy that came to the Jersey Jihad Office, the trainees guy, okay, the Al Salama, Ramzi
Yousef by the way. When Ramzi Yousef comes into America in September of 1992, comes into
Kennedy Airport he is with an Al Fatah terrorist called Muhammad Ijaz. Muhammad Ijaz is the
smokescreen, he starts screaming he has got a suitcase with bomb books and suicide tapes. He is
screaming. Ramzi slips in quietly behind him, Ijaz gets the last bed in the INS detention center and
Yousef goes for political asylum, slips into America. That was their intent, okay.
Okay he is carrying manuals with pages from Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Ijaz. Okay. He is also
carrying a book, that is mistakenly translated the basic rule by the FBI. In fact it says the base, Al
Qaeda. They had the book in 1992 from a guy right next to Ramzi Yousef, okay coming into
New York, World Trade Center bombing cell as I told you trained by Ali Mohamed.
Now here is one of the good parts of the story. This is the thing that gives you hope. This is the part
of the story that you go, thank god its still great people out there you know. Nancy Floyd little pistol
from Texas okay. Just full of piss and Vinegar, okay. And you have to edit that out. No, no it's the
internet, that's fine. Piss and Vinegar. This is her mentor, Len Predtechenskis. Last seen emigrant,
first guy ever to become an agent with a green card, speaks fluent Russian. He is for 25 years, is
FORAtv - http://fora.tv

the bulwark against the Soviet guy spies at the UN. He is going undercover, risking his life. He said
to me, I never thought women should be in the FBI till I met Nancy Floyd okay. She is a total
original. She is working Russian - Russian foreign counter intelligence. And she is trolling these
hotels around Time Square with the Russian diplomats are often in flagrante delicto, if you know
what I mean. So she is trying to see where she can find out. And they can - may be turn these guys.
Len created this program. And she meets a guy named Emad Salem. Now everything Ali Mohamed
was as an Egyptian, a bad guy, this guy was the good guy.
He is a nationalized US citizen, former Egyptian army intelligence officer who came to America
didn't have an easy path. Working as a cab driver, working as a security guard, you know, he had
a major you know, he had a formidable, training in everything and when he gets to America, he is
treated like dirt, okay. So basically he is working in this hotel. Could somebody hand me a cup,
bring that coffee over so I don't have, you don't mind doing that, I am sorry. Just the coffee and the
water, just a glass of water, thank you. I am sorry for interrupting the flow here.
So anyway he goes to Nancy. He tells her, there is a guy in New Jersey worst than the worst KGB
hood, you go through and he goes blind Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman which sounds like RAK
RACK, no, it's R-A-H-M-A-N. So he tells her about the Blind Sheikh. And she goes back to her
boss, he is making 500 a week this guy as a hotel operator, janitor, bell boy, or whatever and
security guard. And he is willing to go under cover and infiltrate the Blind Sheikh. They give him six
weeks. He does it in two days. This is a picture of him from the New York Times with Blind
Sheikh, where the guys on. He becomes his body guard. He takes him to to Detroit on a
fundraising mission with an FBI van totally wired. And the the Blind Sheikh asks him to kill
Mubarak and things like, he is right next to the guy. So they got a guy now inside the cell. He is
going up on weekends to visit al-Sayed Nuseir who is up at Attica at that time having been
convicted finally of the Rabbi's death. And he comes up with a plot to blow up 12 Jewish locations.
They are going to blow up the diamond districts.
So they've got their own guy a bogus operative inside. You see what I am trying to say? Hampton
El offers the guy from Calverton, offers to supply him with bombs. John Anticev and Lou Napoli,
Anticev is a major FBI agent in the task force. Lou Napoli is an NYPD detective. The Join
Terrorist Tasks Force is agents paired with local cops, they are the key. They are supposed to be
monitoring him. He is not wearing a wire. That was the deal, he was afraid if they patted him down,
he would be you know. So he they are supposed to debrief him every night because when you
are under cover, you'll forget what you said two days later, so you go to vomit it out. They are not
or never around. So Nancy is working two jobs. Like going, Russian counter during the day,
meeting him to TGR Friday's at night, getting the whole thing, going back to the FBI, writing up the
serial reports, going back to Stanford where her mother is living with her, the next day and doing it again. Okay
Now, this new head of terrorism comes in. Carson Dunbar, ex-Jersey State troupe, zero terrorism
experience. Doesn't like Nancy, doesn't trust Salem. She is a strong woman, he is threatened by
her in my opinion. And makes Salem re-audition for the part and makes him take, and he says you
got to wear a wire. Tells him you are crazy, I am not wearing a wire. Don't you get what I am
doing? And basically he withdraws, he says I am leaving. They gave him three months to get out okay, all right.
She meets him at a subway sandwich shop in October. By now, the Blind Sheikh having lost his
bomber inside the cell who was really an FBI informant calls and Ramzi comes in. Now they got a
real bomber. You see what I am saying? So now he hears word around the mosque, he is not
hanging as much as he did and he hears that there is something he says to Nancy, whatever you do,
follow Abu Halima and Salama, follow them they are doing something, everyday. These two guys,
FORAtv - http://fora.tv
14 of 17
remember at Calverton, they are in the night of the how many times the FBI, Anticev and Napoli
they used to joke that they would lead them on a wild goose chases up into Connecticut, you know,
they knew these guys, they searched his apartment; they posed as (indiscernible) work as they went
in to his apartment after his landlord said he was a terrorist, the big red headed guy. Okay. So they know these
guys.
If you do not follow them, see photograph in '89 arrested Napoli, had followed the red on car
chase subpoenaed by Anticev '92. "If you do not Nancy, don't call me when the bombs go off."
That's what he says. Napoli says the red and Salama, beat feet to New Jersey. So the FBI could
not follow them. When I interviewed him I said, Lou why didn't you follow them? They went to
New Jersey. Said, don't you watch the Sopranos Lou, I mean, you are the Feds.
Whats that got to do with anything?
This guy, Dunbar wouldn't approve the surveillance okay. Highly visible, I show in my book, you
won't believe how high, I mean, and the the little guy had three traffic accidents. One accident, he
is hospitalized, he is ordering chemicals for the bombs from his hotel room. They got on ATM's, he
goes to the Pakistani Embassy to get a new passport. I mean, you know, unbelievably highly visible.
He is he has got a pay-phone outside of the bomb factory in Jersey City. He is calling the red
headed guy for the World Trade Center, all they had to do is get the red headed guys phone
records and they would have seen calls from the World Trade Center to this place in New Jersey,
just go to a place with the pay-phone, boom! There is the bomb factory right there. And it may
you may say, Oh, Peter it is so easy for you to do this after the fact, but after a while you got to go, hey. Right?
The red is living openly and that's his brother Mohamad. Look at another red headed, six foot two.
How much huh? Okay, same complex, Fifth Battalion, the credit letter typed by Nidal Ayyad.
The retros grab, they are typing letter, taking credit the day of the bank - as soon as the bomb is
placed, they rush out of the garage, they mail the letter to New York Times and other places taking
credit under what they call the Fifth Battalion. February 26th, that's the four story crater, Ronnie
Bucca goes in, okay. Listen to what he finds that the FBI find on Nidal Ayyad's computer. One
week after the original World Trade Center bombing, Yousef was at the Pakistani Embassy; I mean
Pakistani first class lounge at JFK waiting to escape. And he is looking at the Television, Channel 2
is the only channel broadcasting because they had their tower on this Empire State and the other
two are on the trait, so they are up, he is watching and he hears Serbian terrorists. The FBI is
crediting Serbian terrorists for the bomb and he is jealous. Ramzi is - hey fuck - you know, excuse
me my friends but Serbian terrorists and he calls this guy and he says I want you to retype the
letter and send that out okay. And he add this line and they found it on this guy's computer our
calculations were not very accurate this time however, we promise you that the next time it will be
very precise and the Trade Center will be one of our targets. They had that one week after 1993
February 26, okay? That's would drove Ronnie Bucca seeing that look he fearing hearing about
this some female agent named I don't know what the name Nancy something and they are
screwing her and she is trying and okay. Sphinx Trading okay. Dot number one I am just I
am just reliving this kind of - okay now okay now now this is the part. I skipped ahead this is
part where you get to go. Well, his control agent was a guy named John Zent I don't have a picture
Ali Mohamed in San Jose California. He is the guy who is supposed to be sitting on Ali Mohamed,
making sure Ali gives good intelligence okay.
From 1992, a year before the Trade Center bombing, the cell at which Ali Mohamed is trained
John Zent ends up being involved in this grisly triple homicide. You saw in read in you have read
you didn't see in cold blood you read the book. You have probably seeing both of the Truman

Capote movies, you know, The Clutter Family the famous in cold blood murder it was a
comparable murder in Fresno, which the Fresno being called the murder of the century, the decade
if not the century. Beautiful family Dale Ewell is Airplane Executive, his daughter Tiffany, wife
Glee. They were ultimately married and murdered by their son in a (Mendez) like plot to get an $8
million inheritance this kid with malice forethought hired a guy to go in and murder his parents. They
were killed with the two daughters home invasion murder guy came in shot him dead in their
home on Easter Sunday 1992. Who is the alibi witness for Danny Ewell that day? That's him
these are the two great cops John Susan, Chris Curtis that brought him ultimately down after one of
the most amazing investigations you shall ever read and small on my book. This kid basically, had an
alibi who is his alibi John Zent the control agent for Ali Mohamed whose daughter Monica
and this a picture of her from the year book with her eyes shot out with the palette gun no one
knows why that happened. She is the fiancée for John Zent. So Dana thinks ahead gets
her as the
fiancée has his alibi he is having dinner that morning Easter Sunday with John Zent 20
some
year FBI and this John Zent go oh my god, you know, let's see you know, does he step back
and go gee you know, this is kind of weird, you know, now he arrogantly challenges the Fresno
county sheriffs in an open letter in the Fresno be as an FBI agent challenging them basically
questioning there capabilities basically saying this kid is innocent declaring the kid innocent
when does that ever happened when you declare somebody you say well, we will wait for the
investigation we will see what happens. He is in law enforcement officer and this a they are
investigating this grisly tipple homicide he goes into the crime scene with the kid, he takes the kid to
to his first questioning and he defends this kid and in 1990 when X number of years later, when this
kid is convicted and he only loses the death penalty one juror buts not to give him the death
that's how guilty this is and not many white boys in California get that many people in a penalty, say
death. This kid he could have gotten a bank loan against the conviction had the murder weapon,
had the barrel, had the forensics, they had a coke inspired of flip, they had this kid dead direct
John Zent shows up at his trial as a character witness declaring his innocence to this day. He has got
a George Bush like unwillingness to admit fault. Okay. Cannot admit that's the guy, that is
supposed to be writing here on Ali Mohamed the most formidable Al Qaeda spy to infiltrate America.
Could I make this stuff up, okay? Now 1993, I see my great friend (indiscernible) and his beautiful
wife Stacey in the back of the room. Jay I want to give him a shot out because Jay stuck with me
for years one of my most stand up Jay, come on. This guy is unbelievably amazingly talented
artist, composer, he is a renaissance man. He has got this incredibly successful series he took pity
on me. He did illustrated book for me and then he ran my website. He is awesome guy. Canadian all right? Canada Canada has a crucial part of this story.
