NOTICE is hereby given that on the 1st day of
January, 1957 the Minister of Transport and Civil
Aviation confirmed the Lincolnshire Parts of Holland
(Holbeach) (Footpaths) Order, 1956.
The effect of the Order (which may be inspected
at the offices of the undersigned) is to prohibit the
riding of any bicycle on- the public footpaths in
HoLbeach Churchyard.

COAL ACT, 1938, AND COAL INDUSTRY
NATIONALISATION ACT, 1946.
PURSUANT to paragraph 6 (2) of the Second
Schedule to the Coal Act, 1938, the National Coal
Board hereby give notice that they propose to
exercise the right to withdraw support vested in
them by virtue of paragraph 6 (1) of the said schedule
and the Coal Industry Nationalisation Act, 1946, so
far as the said right applies in relation to any land
within the area situated in the Parish of Ainstable
in the county of Cumberland indicated on the plan
which is deposited and open for inspection at the
National Coal Board's Divisional Mining Estates
Office at Whitley Road, Longbenton, Newcastle upon
Tyne, 12.—-Dated this 10th day of January, 1957.

NATIONALISATION ACT, 1946.
PURSUANT to Paragraph 6 (2) of the Second
Schedule to the Coal Act, 1935, the National Coal
Board hereby give notice 'that they propose to
exercise the right to withdraw support vested in
them by virtue of Paragraph 6 (1) of the said
Schedule and the Coal Industry 'Nationalisation Act.
1946, so far as the said right applies in relation
to land containing one and1 a half acres or thereabouts situate to the south west of Albion- Works
in the Parish of Blackfordby, in the county of
Leicester, and indicated in red colour on a plan
which is deposited and open for inspection at the

offices oif the National Coal Board, East Midlands
Division, Sherwood Lodge, Arnold, near Nottingham. A copy of the plan referred to is deposited
and open for inspection at the offices of the National
Coal Board, East Midlands Division, No. 7 Area.

NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE
COUNTRYSIDE ACT, 1949.
VALLEY RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL.
Crown Parks Bodedern Path Diversion Order, 1956.
(NOTICE is hereby given that on -the 2nd day of
January, 1957, the Minister of Housing and Local
Government confirmed the above Order.
The effect of the Order is to divert in Enclosure
No. 299 shown on Anglesey Ordnance Survey Sheet
MI-6 (1924 'Edition), .the existing public right of
way running in a North Easterly direction across
land known as Crown Parks, Bodedern, to a line
running in a Southerly direction across the same
Enclosure to emerge on the main road near the
Memorial Hall, Bodedern.
A certified copy of the Order and of the map
contained in the Order as confirmed by the Minister
has been deposited at the Council Offices, Valley,
•Holyhead, and will be open for inspection free of
charge 'between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on
Mondays to Fridays and between 9 a.m. and 12 noon
on Saturdays.
The Order becomes operative at the expiration
of three weeks from the date of confirmation of the
Order, but if any person aggrieved by the Order
desires to question the validity thereof or of any
provision contained .therein on the grounds that it
is not within, the powers of the National Parks and
Access to the Countryside Act, 1949, or on the
ground that any requirement of the Act or any
regulation made thereunder has not been complied
with in relation to the approval of the Order he may,
within six weeks from the date of publication of
this notice make application to the High Court.
