Crown Parks Bodedern Path Diversion Order, 1956. (NOTICE is hereby given that on -the 2nd day of January, 1957, the Minister of Housing and Local Government confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order is to divert in Enclosure No. 299 shown on Anglesey Ordnance Survey Sheet MI-6 (1924 'Edition), .the existing public right of way running in a North Easterly direction across land known as Crown Parks, Bodedern, to a line running in a Southerly direction across the same Enclosure to emerge on the main road near the Memorial Hall, Bodedern. A certified copy of the Order and of the map contained in the Order as confirmed by the Minister has been deposited at the Council Offices, Valley, •Holyhead, and will be open for inspection free of charge 'between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays and between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on Saturdays. The Order becomes operative at the expiration of three weeks from the date of confirmation of the Order, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity thereof or of any provision contained .therein on the grounds that it is not within, the powers of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act, 1949, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the approval of the Order he may, within six weeks from the date of publication of this notice make application to the High Court.
