The Jonas Brothers’ Change for the Children Foundation was started “to support programs that motivate and
inspire children to face adversity with confidence, determination and a will to succeed.” The Jonas Brothers -Nick, Joe and Kevin -- feel that “the best people to help children are their peers...with 1,788,643,438 people in
the world between the ages of 5 and 19, we have the power to change the world.”
"YOU Decide. YOU Donate." was the first
initiative of The Change for the Children
Foundation. The Brothers selected 5
charities and they left it up to their fans to
decide which to support. The Brothers
counted on the kids to donate their own
money saved from paper routes, allowances
or recycled cans. The website -www.changeforthechildren.org -- gave fans
a chance to learn about the charities, decide
which to support and make donations.
With tons of support from young people all over the world, The Change for the Children Foundation was able to
give generous donations to five amazing charities:
Nothing But Nets - a global, grassroots campaign to save lives by preventing malaria -- a leading killer of
