Part I
Introduction
Her name was Alisha and I was in love with her. She was the girl next
door; brunette, hazel eyes and a smile and body to die for. Sexually, she
was a machine. Her orgasms were aplenty and she taught me about
female ejaculation. I was enamored by her in all ways. The year was
1995 and she was the porn star, Alisha Klass from the Seymour Butts
series. Ok, so I wasn't REALLY in love with her but I surely was fond of
her sexuality and completely enthralled by her squirting.
Years later, I was divorced from a very vanilla woman and still seeking
that illusive squirter to prove to me that it was real...and of course fulfill
my fascination. Enter a woman named Amber. I met Amber on a
personals site by accident but we struck up a relationship. During the
first week of our phone call courtship, she expressed the importance of
sex in her relationship. She explained her recent ex-husband never cared
about her having an orgasm and she could not masturbate to orgasm.
She also explained she squirted. We talked in depth about it. She knew I
was very much interested in the phenomenon. Three weeks later, I
experienced it through her for the first time. The pieces of the puzzle
began to take shape. It was an amazing experience as a lover and a
student of a beautiful young woman.
Five years later I have over 2000 hours studying, researching and
experiencing female ejaculation. What began as a fascination has turned
into a science and passion that is beyond words. To date, I have helped
hundreds of women and couple experience female ejaculation and am
now a teacher of the phenomenon. Personally, nearly every woman I
have dated in the past five years has learned to ejaculate. I am a teacher
of many things; from sex to psychology to animal behavior. In this
Ebook, you will learn about female ejaculation in a simple and down to
earth fashion. We will explore the female orgasm and vagina to unlock
the secrets to making a woman whole. We will explore the science and
the sex of female ejaculation.
This book is being written as a companion for the website, Female
Ejaculation Society. Although it is an Ebook, it is strictly intended to go
along with the science articles and videos on the website. All things in
education have a sequence. Please read the book thoroughly and in the
chapter sequence as it is laid out.
Let us begin...
History
Female ejaculation has a history as old as the earth itself. Hippocrates
and Aristotle spoke of the divine waters in some of their writings. In 10th
century India, it was spoken about as a ''wine-like-juice.” In most cases,
it was thought to be an important part of conception and regarded in a
popular light. Please see the following link for more info on the history
of female ejaculation.
http://www.lasurprisedalice.com/what-a-story?lang=en
In Chinese, Japanese, Native American and even Celtic historical
documents, female ejaculation is discussed and considered to be part of
a sacred sexual event.
Fast forward to 1800s Puritanical America and we see an uptight group
of people who do not know female sexuality and of course, care little for
the woman's feelings or pleasure. Often, a midwife would come into
town and “relieve” a woman of her sexual issues. After all, a good
woman would not want sex frequently, much less spray the inside of the
bedroom with “urine” or whatever they thought it was. The midwife
would often use a steam powered vibrator to give the woman an orgasm,
then sending her home relieved and back to being a “good pure wife.”
Hysteria had been considered a disease and condition for centuries,
which of course led to many attempts at curing the problem.
The poor woman’s genitals were stimulated to orgasm by the midwife at
the ‘doctor’s office’ or sometimes the doctor himself would do the honor.
The couple would happily return to their daily lives thanking the doctor
for relieving her of the ‘disease’. Sometimes the husband himself would
relieve her of the ‘disease’ unwittingly if he also feels horny. Their
peaceful household would continue till she gets aroused again. During
the period of Industrial Revolution, towards the end of 1800’s, steam
driven vibrators were discovered and this relieved the midwives from
their weird job of helping women masturbate. Indeed the doctors of
those times used several tactics and methods to bring a woman to
orgasm in their treatment for ‘hysterical tension’. All these contraptions
existed because nobody cared about female orgasm and ejaculation, and
the mere existence of female orgasm was totally unaware of.

In the 1980s, the medical community and researchers began looking
deeper into the female ejaculation issue. Looking back, some fine
researchers were: Grafenberg, 1950; Sevely & Bennet, 1978; Belzer et
al., 1981; Perry & Whipple, 1981; Addiego et al., 1981; Sensabaugh &
Kahane, 1982; Belzer et al., 1984; Zaviavic et al, 1984.
In 1980, a video was shown at SSSS (Society for the Scientific Study of
Sex) by researchers Perry and Whipple. During an open discussion on
the topic, a Dr. Martin Weisberg, M.D. and gynecologist commented
that he had been performing procedures on women to correct genital
problems and that there was no such thing as female ejaculation or
glands to trigger it. He changed his mind when he saw the video....
“The vagina and associated parts were looking normal with no mass or
spots. The urethra appears normal. All associated structures appear
normal. Her partner then stimulated her genital organs by inserting two
fingers into her vagina and then started to stroke her urethra vertically.
Surprisingly the area around her urethra started to swell and appeared
like a swelling of one by two centimeters dimension distinctly visible by
inspection. In the next few moments she did a maneuver by holding her
breath and appeared like she is bearing down. In a few seconds
afterwards several ml of whitish liquid appeared out of the urethra like
it has been released from pressure. The composition of that fluid closely
resembles that of prostatic fluid of men as pointed out by Perry and
Whipple. The fluid is sometimes clear and in other times milky and as
thin as plain water. There is no associated urine like color, taste or
smell. It was actually odorless and the taste varies from time to time and
from women to women depending on their food habits, extent of arousal,
time of prior ejaculation, etc. The taste actually varies from sweet (like
honey), bitter, sour or a blend of all these.”
I shutter to think of the women who were butchered to cure a problem
that was a natural occurrence. It's hard to believe the medical
community was still in the dark about this just a mere 30 some years
ago. For centuries, women had no place to turn to in regards to this
matter. They had no one to talk to and no resources to teach them about
their bodies. Many were mocked and ridiculed and shamed. Many
thought they had peed themselves and were shamed for it. Only now,
can women have a voice and a place to turn to understand this beautiful
phenomenon.
Terminology
There are several words, terms and abbreviations in this book regarding
the subject matter. Please read through this short list so you can be
familiar with them when you read them in the text.

Stats and Surveys
Below are several stats and surveys compiled from internet sources and
our own surveys. There are many variables to paint all women with a
broad stroke of a pen, but this will show some patterns and
demographics to ponder on.
Ó Several surveys showed 30-50% of women ejaculate fluid “some” of the time. Other
studies showed 20-60% depending on the wording of the survey.
Ó 50% of women can achieve orgasm
Ó Amounts vary from a few drops to several ML of fluid
Ó 90% of women who ejaculate, reported ejaculating from having their Gspot stimulated
Ó Average age a woman begins to ejaculate – 35 years old
Ó 30% of women have trouble reaching orgasm
Ó 90% of women report having orgasms with oral or manual stimulation
Ó 90% of women on anti-depressants report difficulty achieving orgasm
Ó Orgasm ability increases with age, with a spike in a woman's 30s and 40s.
Ó 10% of women are considered anorgasmic. They cannot orgasm at all.
Ó The average female orgasm lasts 20 seconds with some that push 1-2 minutes.
Ó 60-70% of women report faking orgasms at some point. 50% of them believe men can
spot a faker.

“Behold, for I have made woman” - God
The 2nd Awakening
Most women discover their vaginas around puberty. Many women
report their discovery happened as early as age three. Not surprisingly,
some women even report remember having orgasms as toddlers as well.
It is when a woman hit puberty though that her hormones begin raging
and not long after that, she will be boy-crazy. This is what we call The
Awakening.
Hormones are powerful chemicals. They can cause a number of good
and bad things to happen within a woman's mind and body. As a man, I
never fully understood their power until I read Jenna Jameson's book,
How to make love like a porn star. In it she writes: (paraphrased)
“Shortly after I got my period I began having urges. I didn't understand
how to fulfill those urges until I began fingering myself. It was then I
realized the urge was for my vagina to be filled. I then began to use
pens, pencils and other objects on my vagina and of course, later boys
would fill the void.”
This is a profound confession but one that many women can identify
with. A young woman will usually begin exploring her sexuality after
puberty then settle into normalcy once coupled with a man.
The 2nd Awakening is a term coined by myself. It normally happens
when a woman is in her mid to late 30s or 40s. It's often the same
pattern; married for a number of years, inept or pathetic partner and
stuck in a mediocre or non-orgasmic relationship or post-relationship.
She will usually discover her 2nd Awakening with a new partner, toy or
even position or knowledge. It usually means better, stronger and/or
more orgasms and of course female ejaculation.
In this book you will see the term 2nd Awakening used often. It is not a
catchy term for this author to brag about his creative way with words.
But rather, a profound statement that what is written in this book and
presented on the Female Ejaculation Society website is very important
and powerful knowledge that will be life changing.
Come along now as we explore this knowledge...
Signs you can squirt
As we have seen from the polls and surveys, almost all women can
squirt. In polls that I have conducted, there seemed to be several
underlying signs that a woman was close to ejaculating. The thing to
keep in mind with the female orgasm and female ejaculation is that they
are not related but one can help the other. The other thing to keep in
mind is that simple mechanics and physics comes into play with female
ejaculation.
In regards to the signs you are close to being able to squirt. They are the
following:
1.
2.
3.
4.
Urge to urinate after sex
Leakage after sex
Excessive, watery fluid at the vagina during sex
At least one ejaculation during sex or masturbation
If you have one or more of these four, you are most likely very close to
squirting every time you have sex. The fact is that when most men have
cum and rolled over to go to sleep, the woman is only getting started. It
takes a little bit of time for a woman's vagina to heat up, but just like a
nuclear power plant, once it is going it will take a while to shut it down.
As you read on, I will explain how men and women can understand this
and use several relaxation techniques to “pre-heat” the woman.
Next, we need to identify what the female ejaculate is. But first, let's
look at mental inhibitors that could cause a woman to not have interest
in the 2nd Awakening.
Becoming comfortable with Female
Ejaculation
The best sex is in the mind. So, we know that mental blocks and
inhibitions can confound a woman's sexuality and even ability to orgasm
and enjoy sex. Female Ejaculation is often an unexpected shock for a
woman. The body is a marvelous living creature with many secrets and
evolving parts. Many women are also shamed by their partners from
misunderstanding and a lack of knowledge on the topic. Here are a few
examples of thoughts that can inhibit a liberated sexual life...

I just pee'd myself
It's gonna make a mess
My partner will think it's urine
Pressure to perform like a circus animal
Feeling dirty for enjoying sex “too much”
What if I can't do it?
Feeling selfish for enjoying sex. This, from a woman who loves to please.
Worry about hurting her body or reproductive system
Inability to trust due to past sexual PTSD
It's pee! It's gross!
As you noticed, I used “pee or urine” three times in the list. That's
because it is the most frequent thing that comes to mind when a woman
experiences FE or hears about it. It can be a huge hangup. Not to worry,
we are going to cover all these in the next section.
What is Female Ejaculation?
Is it urine?
No, it is not. Female ejaculate is fluid drawn from the body by the
female prostrate or G-spot. The glands in the Gspot will activate, then
draw fluid when stimulated. This can be a simple touch, mental cues or
direct stimulation. Studies clearly show that FE is not urine, despite
occasionally having traces of urine in it. This is most likely from traces
of it being in the urethra during release.
Female Ejaculation elements: Glucose, prostatic acidic phosphatase,
prostate specific acid phosphatase. Often there are trace elements of
creatine.
It's makeup is similar to male ejaculation with a heavy spike of glucose
(sugar). Maybe that is why they call it the Nectar of the God's?
Sources:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19766406
So, we now know it is not urine. There is always the remote possibility
that a trace amount of urine will enter the para-urethral sponge through
the ducts in the urethra or be in the urethra during ejaculation. It is
quickly diluted and expelled. The fluid is usually clear. However, at
times it is milky or may have a slightly yellowish color to it. Please see
the picture below.
So, you need not worry about your sheets being stained or smelling like
piss. You should wash your towels and sheets if they get wet though.
And with any luck they will!
In the above picture, you see the vagina in orgasm and ejaculating. The
woman is on her knees, so the urethra is actually upside down as if she
would be on her back. The Gspot is engorged and the ejaculate clear.
This is point blank range of a real female ejaculation.
So, how does it actually happen? In part two we will find out....
Part II
Understanding the Vagina and Female
Ejaculation
How does the vagina ejaculate?
The Skeene's glands or Gspot glands are located on the anterior or top
wall of the vagina. When stimulated, they begin to drawn in fluid. The
glands are much like a sponge and can draw in several as much as
several ounces of fluid. The glands are connected to the urethra. Now
full, the sponge needs to release the fluid. This is done by several ways.

Going to the bathroom
Retraction into the bladder then released (rare)
Forced milking
Orgasm
I am often amazed at how so many women don't even know they are
ready to burst and have an amazing ejaculation yet are going to the
bathroom to relieve what they think is urine. Once in touch with their
body, they will learn the difference between releasing ejaculate and
urine. They are two completely different feelings and even sounds. The
fact, is most women head to the bathroom after sex when they could be
having an explosive female ejaculation.
The ideal situation is the squirting orgasm. As stated earlier, the female
orgasm and female ejaculation are two different things but one can help
the other. The ejaculate is there waiting to be released. If the orgasm is
intense enough, it can squeeze the area and cause it to release. It can be
released as a trickle or literally hit the ceiling. Depending on how full
the sponge is, will determine the pressure behind the ejaculation.
If a woman cannot have a strong enough orgasm to push out the fluid, it
can be milked by hand very easily. This can be very pleasurable to the
woman. In this book, I will outline the technique for milking the vagina.
Most women can have deep, internal Gspot orgasms. It just takes the
right stimulation and relaxation.
You must understand the parts of the vagina in order to learn its
mysteries. This may seem elementary to some but these facts are
important to understanding the female orgasm and female ejaculation.
First, let's look at a diagram of the vagina.
As you can see, there is a lot going on in the genital region of the
woman. One way to look at the female reproductive system is two ways;
for reproduction and pleasure. The vagina is designed to release the
child during birth but also to accept a penis for reproduction and
pleasure. For this book, we are looking at the pleasure side of the
vagina. We do however have to always remember the vagina is quite
elastic and able to undergo a tremendous amount of pressure and
stimulation, depending on the woman.
The important facts these:
The clitoris has over 8000 nerve endings while the head of the penis,
only 4000.
Less than 1/3 of the nerve endings exist inside the vagina.
The clitoris and Gspot are connected by a nerve that is also attached to
the nipples, ending at the brain.
During arousal, the uterus will constrict to make room for the penis.
The anus in both males and females contain sensory nerve endings much
like the clitoris
The conclusion to these facts is that any combination of these erogenous
zones can produce extreme pleasure in the female. Every woman is
different and every one has a different trigger. Knowing these spots can
help you find those triggers.
In this diagram of the vagina, we see a closer view of the G-spot and
how to stimulate it. Although this is elementary, I felt it was necessary to
cover it. Because the G-spot holds the Skeene's glands and fluid for FE,
let's review how to find the G-spot.
With the woman on her back, use 1-2 fingers with palm turned up to
enter her vagina. Inside, about 1-2” will be a ribbed and squishy tissue
on the top side of her vagina. This, just past the pubic bone. The tissue is
against the top side of the vagina, or anterior region. Picture the roof of
your mouth.
This is why the angle of penetration is critical for proper stimulation of
the G-spot. With the woman on her back, the angle needs to be upward.
With the woman on her stomach or on her knees, the angle must be
down. The stimulation and pressure must always be towards her belly or
belly button.
Some women don't have long enough fingers to fully reach their G-spot.
Most times, a curved sex toy can find the spot or a partner that knows
what he/she is looking for. If you are unsure where you G-spot is, you
should practice by yourself or with a partner. I most cases, when the Gspot is stimulated, you will have the sensation you have to pee.
With the right angle, with fingers or penis, the rectum and anus are also
indirectly stimulated which can help with the triggering of orgasm.
The Big Four – Female Orgasms
The female orgasm is one of the most complex happenings in human
nature. The variables are quite staggering and the triggers, even more
difficult to pinpoint. However, there are clear patterns and facts about
the female orgasm we will explore right now. In general, there are four
basic and common orgasms that women have.
Clitoral
We know the clitoris is located on the exterior of the vagina and is a
major trigger point for orgasm. Most women learn to orgasm through
masturbation, touching and rubbing their clit. This will trigger a clitoral
orgasm. This is said to be centered around the outside of the vagina with
a moderate to above moderate pleasure rating.
G-spot
As we have learned, the Gspot is just inside the vagina, on the top wall
of the vagina. It is a series of glands and sensitive tissue. When the
Gspot is stimulated, it will trigger a much more intense orgasm as a
clitoral orgasm. Usually, the uterus and cervix will contract and even
collapse, in a downward fashion. The entire lower abdomen of the
woman will light up with pleasure. Some women have the “blended”
orgasm, where they have combination of both clitoral and Gspot
orgasms. Of course, we know the Gspot orgasm can trigger female
ejaculation. The Gspot orgasm seems to be the easiest and most intense
of all female orgasms.
Anal
The anus and rectum have literally thousands of nerve endings in them.
Some women respond with anal stimulation and penetration with a very
intense and well-defined orgasm. It is separate from the other types of
orgasms women can have. In some cases, anal sex will trigger a Gspot
orgasm but not an anal orgasm. Depending on the woman, anal
stimulation and penetration is quite pleasurable and sometimes euphoric.
Anal sex is an art of its own and should be researched before
performing.
Nipple
We know the entire body is connected to the brain. Pain and pleasure
receptors all have travel ways to the brain. The woman's nipples are
often quite sensitive and in some cases, to a point of orgasm. This would
be achieved by having a high state of arousal and relaxation. After
several orgasms, a nipple orgasm could be achieved by stimulating the
nipples according to the woman's likes and reaction.
Feet, throat, Fake orgasms
These will be labeled as “honorable mention.” There are select group of
women who have orgasms from feet and throat stimulation. This usually
happens at a heightened state of arousal. They are rare but do happen.
Some believe there is a clit in the back of a woman's throat. I tend to
believe it is all in the mind. For further reading you can check out
www.orgasmarts.com. Lastly, the fake orgasm. Women fake orgasms?
Who knew? If this is happening to you....then you should reread
everything in this book and website.
“Her beauty is not just in her body, but in her grace”
Having a Gspot Orgasm
We might as well get right to it. We have read there are basically two
ways to have a Female Ejaculation from sex. Let's go with the one that
is most natural and pleasurable to the woman- having a squirting Gspot
orgasm.
In my experience, most women awaken their Gspot from a new partner,
position or toy. It is surely possible for it to awaken on its own but
usually there is a major change in sexual activity. To understand the
term “awaken,” we will assume that some women have not had
profound and direct stimulation on their Gspot. Some women may have
Gspot orgasms but they are hit and miss or weak. To grasp this, let me
tell a story from an experience of mine.
Her name was Rose. We began dating and became sexual almost
immediately. I began offering full body massage with a vaginal massage
for the happy ending. Most times she would have 5-6 Gspot orgasms in
a 20-30 minutes span. The same would be achieved with sexual
intercourse. She never squirted.
About two years into our relationship, we began having sex in the
spooning position. The daily ritual was missionary then take a nap for
30-45 minutes. I would then wake her up with penetration from behind,
in the spooning position. In this position, on the 2nd round, I could last
30 or more minutes. I liked the position as it was easy on my body. You
could literally rock back and forth and enjoy sex without getting
winded. Several weeks into this new discovery I began to notice her
orgasms getting more and more intense and a major tightening of the
vagina. I also noticed a tight spot on the topside of her vagina on my
penis, when inside her. She also stated they were more intense in that
position. Still no squirt.
Then one day we switched from spooning to girl on top. She was on top
of me and had an orgasm....then gushed. It was then I realized
something was happening. After I climaxed, I lay her town and checked
her vagina. Sure enough, her Gspot was ready to burst. I milked it (as I
had seen in porn videos) and she gushed then shot a stream...then
another and another. She fell fast asleep afterwards but woke me up
about 30 minutes later as I ate dinner to tell me shyly. “It needs emptied
again.”
And so it began...
You can see her video demonstrations here on the website as Kashmir
Rose. It was from this experience and subsequent ones with her and
other prolific squirters that I gained my knowledge. This knowledge I
now pass along to you.
If you already have profound, Gspot orgasms, you may skip reading this
part unless you want additional pointers. For those who want to take
your orgasms to the next level, please read on.
Because the Gspot is well hidden, it doesn't get much attention. Most
penetration angles don't stimulate it and most men don't know how to
massage it properly. Even I was clueless until I found a partner I could
really work with and massage her Gspot. So, what does it take? Let me
make a statement on the matter.
“The Gspot needs direct massaging for long durations to become active,
draw and store fluid and even trigger orgasm.”
Some women cannot reach their Gspot due to the angle or depth. So,
you'll need a good Gspot toy or willing partner to assist with your new
experience. It's important to realize the Gspot needs massaged, not
rubbed. There is a difference. We have all heard that the Gspot can be
stimulated with the 2-finger “come hither” motion. While this is true,
there is much more to it than this.
Begin with finding your Gspot with your fingers, a Gspot toy or your
partners fingers. Get accustomed to the feeling. You will likely feel a
sensation to pee. Ignore it. In fact, make sure yo urinate before you
begin to explore. Now, let's look at this two ways – as a partner doing
the stimulation and a woman being stimulated.
Partner
You are doing the stimulation here. Make sure your hands are clean and
you have the woman relaxed and aroused. If she is not fully lubricated
with her natural lubrication, you should have some on hand in the form
of an all natural oil. Grapeseed oil is a good choice. Use your index and
middle finger to enter the vagina. The woman will be on her back and
your sitting comfortably between her legs. Your hand should be turned
palm-side up.
Now inside her, turn your fingers up and pull them toward you, in a
“come here” movement. See the picture below.
Side view of the hand with fingers turned up.
This activity will help you find the Gspot. It will be an area about 1 – 1
½ inches inside the top wall of the vagina. The area will feel like a small
area of loose tissue, possible having ripples. Inside that tissue are the
glands that trigger orgasm and that draw fluid. It is that area you will be
massaging. Slowly begin massaging the area with the “come here”
motion drawing your fingers toward you then back. Make sure to have
consistent pressure on that top wall and do not be afraid to pull your
fingers against the public bone, just inside her opening. Follow the
woman's lead on this. If she protests stating she feels like she may have
to pee, then assure her it will be OK. If she wants you to stop, respect
her request.
It is this direct massaging that will help awaken the Gspot, trigger an
orgasm and draw fluid into the Para-urethral sponge, there at the Gspot.
You may feel the area become engorged and puffy as the fluid gathers in
the sponge. Don't rush things. Massage her until she cannot take it
anymore. She can either orgasm from the stimulation or help it by
rubbing her clit. The key to expelling the ejaculate is a true Gspot
orgasm that squeezes the fluid from the sponge by contracting the entire
vagina. But, there is a trick to helping that. It's the true secret to FE.....
Push...
Push...
Push....
Have the woman ush from your lower abdomen as if she were having a
baby or squeezing out a stubborn bowel movement. The push must
come at the point of orgasm and must be a solid push. This pushing will
help the Uterus and vagina push down and squeeze out the nectar.
Back to training the Gspot, you must continue with that direct
stimulation for long durations to work it like a muscle. The more it is
worked, the better it will perform. Listen to the woman and follow her
lead.
Woman Solo
If you are a woman with no partner, you can still train and awaken your
Gspot. You will need a good Gspot vibrator. If you do not have one,
please visit our store on the website where many of our lady friends
have suggested great toys. You should be using a vibrating Gspot toy if
possible. Enter your vagina and explore it with the toy. One way to
massage the Gspot with a toy is to simply find a comfortable position
and hold the toy at an angle that gives direct vibration and stimulation to
your Gspot. You should hold it there as long as you can or until you
orgasm. If you feel close to orgasm, resist until the sensation builds. You
can use the toy as you wish- even with in and out penetration motions,
but always return to the direct and long duration massaging of the
Gspot.
When you do orgasm, help your vagina and push, push, push! As was
stated above, one of the true secrets to squirting is pushing from your
lower abdomen during orgasm. It is often this pushing that means the
difference between a squirt and not.
One other way of massaging the Gspot is with the use of Lelo balls.
They are a set of balls with a small ball inside. Places them inside the
vagina and leave them in for several hours, going about your day. The
movement of your body will cause the ball within the ball to stimulate
your Gspot. I have seen this be a great way of stimulating your Gspot.
Either way, partner or solo, I cannot emphasize the importance of
constant, daily and long duration massaging of the Gspot to train and
awaken it. Once it IS awakened, it will not go dormant. You will be a
squirting for life.
Two Gspot sex toys. Note the curves on the toys.
Milking the Vagina – Forced Squirting
Once you have relaxed and aroused the woman, you'll want to have
some all natural oil on hand for proper lubrication. Grapeseed oil is a
good choice. This is critical as you will be entering and massaging the
vagina with your fingers, creating a lot of friction. It's imperative that
you understand that the ejaculate is watery and alkaline in nature which
will wash away her natural lubrication. Without an all natural oil, the
friction would be come unpleasant quickly possibly causing her to lose
interest or have hurting girl-parts in the morning.
If you have not massaged her vagina, please do so following the steps in
the section on massaging the vagina. If you have, then you are ready to
make her squirt!
In order to milk her Gspot properly, you will be using your middle and
ring fingers. You always want to use these two fingers as they are the
longest and strongest in the hand. These fingers are able to utilize the
full strength of your wrist and arm. You will need firm and strong wrists
for this. It is important to understand the difference between milking the
vagina and and massaging the vagina. With massaging, you can use your
index or index and middle fingers. They work well for a direct in/out
approach. For milking, you need the strength of the two middle fingers
and also the length. Regardless of the technique, always make sure your
fingernails are trimmed and hands washed before you enter the vagina.
With the woman on her back and with her legs drawn back as far as she
is able, enter the vagina with your two middle fingers until your palm
reaches her pubic bone and labia. Lock them in place. This technique
relies on two key factors: good wrist control and awareness with your
touch. Slowly begin an up and down motion while pulling your fingers
upwards as well. The fluid pocket, or para-urethral sponge will now be
milked like the teat on a goat. You should feel this pocket when you
enter her with your fingers. It may be fully engorged or have just a small
bubble. Either way, it can be milked.
Begin the upward motion and increase slowly. With every upward
motion, be sure to also pull your fingers up, squeezing the pocket. You
will soon begin to hear the fluid moving and even see it gather in your
palm. Once it has begun to flow, increase the speed and pressure of the
motion.
Now let's use a different approach. With something as simple as a
watermelon, we can do the same thing. With an opening in the melon,
you can slide your fingers inside and squeeze the juice that is inside it. It
is the same principle.
Let's look again with a woman's vagina...
Let's explore this further. As we have learned, the Gspot is like a sponge,
holding fluid it draws during arousal. We know that the sponge is
attached to the urethra through ducts. With the upward milking motion,
you are squeezing the nectar from its pocket, sending it thru the urethra.
Having the woman push when this occurs will also aid in the expulsion
of fluid. Sometimes, but not always, a woman will reach orgasm with
this technique, however that is not the main objective at this stage.
Milking the vagina is. Make sure the woman is always breathing deep.
After about 8-10 upward milking motions, give the woman a break. You
may resume in a few minutes. Always use more oil in between rounds to
insure proper lubrication. Some women can be milked over and over
again while others will “empty out'' in 3-4 rounds. Hydration and
lubrication is key with this. We have seen 90% of women ejaculate with
this very effective technique. If you want to practice on something other
than a woman, you can use a watermelon. Simply cut an upside down
triangle and practice these techniques on the melon. It will feel similar
to a woman but of course nothing beats the real thing. Please view the
video on this topic for a more visual interpretation of this technique.
Make sure you are always prepared with plenty of natural oil, towels
and water for the woman. As long as the woman is comfortable and her
vagina is producing ejaculate, you can keep the waters flowing as long
as your hand holds up.
Part III
Preparing a woman for sex
Preparing a woman for sex
Relaxation is key to a woman enjoying sex. If you are a woman, you
will understand this. If you are not charged up about sex that is about to
happen, you should relax and prepare your body for sex. You want
everything to be right for your partner and also yourself. Here is a short
list of some preparations and activities you can do to prepare yourself
for a hot date or sex night.
Ó Take a warm bath
Ó Light some scented candles
Ó Have a glass of wine to relax and unwind
Ó Get a massage
Ó Shave your body hair
Ó Take a nap
Ó Eat a nice meal
Ó Buy a small gift for your partner
The key to any of these things mentioned is to relax and get comfortable
and secure with yourself for sex. You can treat a lady to these things if
you are her partner. But just a simple nap, hot shower or bath and
putting on something sexy can do wonders. Don't over-think it but don't
overlook this.
Massage
Giving a woman a soothing massage is a great way to help her relax but
also create arousal. In this section, we will touch briefly on massage but
please make sure you study the tutorial video on massage that is on our
site.
A soothing full body massage will get those feel-good endorphins
flowing. As always, make sure you have some all natural oil to use on
the woman. As stated, you can't go wrong with grapeseed or coconut oil.
Start with the woman naked and on her stomach.
A good massage should take 30-40 minutes. Start at her neck and make
your way down her back. Massage the area beside the spine and under
the shoulder blades. Use a moderate amount of pressure and ask the
woman if she is comfortable with the strength of your massage.
Next, massage her legs and thighs. Intentionally skip her bottom.
Massage each leg from the thighs down to her calves. Once you have
done each leg, lift up her leg and prepare to massage each foot.
If you are comfortable, give each foot a few kisses before massaging
them. This is a nice token of adoration and can be erotic for both people.
With some oil on your hands, massage each foot. Take time to massage
the heel, instep, ball and eventually her toes. Next, you will want to
massage her bottom.
As with the feet, her bottom may be something you want to kiss and rub
your lips on. This will be the beginning stage of turning the massage
erotic. After kissing her ass a bit, slowly put some oil on her ass and
begin rubbing it in. This will be more of a rub than a massage. But you
can lightly massage the buttocks. If she is comfortable, run your fingers
in her ass crack and rub her anus and ass crack. This is very erotic and
soothing to the woman. After paying plenty of attention to her ass, end
the massage with some light touching by her vagina and inner thighs.
Now with the woman turned over, you can massage the top part of her
legs and her arms. Do so with oil and don't forget her hands. You should
lastly massage her breasts. Do this to her comfort level and follow her
lead. You can then end up at her tummy where she will be anxiously
awaiting for you to explore and massage her vagina.
Foot Massage
Giving your lady a soothing foot massage is a great way to create intimacy
and relaxation. It is a loving gesture that will set the stage for things to
come.
Start off by giving her a foot bath. With warm water and some soap, gently
wash her feet getting her used to your hands and to enjoy the warmth of the
water.
Once her feet have been washed, dry them off with a soft, clean towel as
they are now prepared for massage.
One must understand the sensory places on the foot. Not just soothing, a
foot massage begins sending “feel good” endorphins to the brain, beginning
the process of arousal. Keep in mind some women can have orgasms from
foot massage. With a good quality lotion or all natural oil, you may begin
massaging her feet.
Start in the middle of the foot and slowly begin kneading with your thumb
and fingers. Take your time and allow the woman to become more and
more comfortable with your hands. If you have strong hands, be sure to ask
her if she is Ok with your strength.
Try to use a lot of eye contact and smiles when massaging her feet. From
time to time, ask her how she is enjoying the foot massage. Keep in mind
this is an intimate moment for both of you.
Next, make your way up to the ball of the foot. There are key pressure
points at the base of the toes, so be sure to work the ball of the foot
properly. With her foot directly in front of you, you can massage all points
on the bottom of the foot. Next, you will want to massage each toe.
Some women are ticklish at their toes so make sure to be careful with them.
Take each one in your fingers and massage them slowly and gently. This is
quite soothing and releases a lot of tension in the body and mind.
With your thumb, you can make an upward motion to massage the instep.
This massages the tendons in the instep and usually feels amazing to the
woman. Soon, you'll want to massage the heel of her foot.
Massaging the heel is relatively easy to do. One can hold the foot with one
hand and massage the bottom, making sure there is enough lotion or oil to
soak into the dry part of the heel and have it remain soothing. Throughout
the entire foot massage, always remember to have plenty of lotion or oil on
your hands. Whenever possible, try to maintain constant contact with her
skin while you are massaging. It is more relaxing when there is consistent
touching.
You may repeat and vary these massage points for her foot massage and
even extend your touch to rubbing and touching other parts of her foot and
her ankle. She deserves the best, so do not skimp on her pampering but
rather give each foot plenty of attention. Remember to give her as much
attention as you would want to receive from her.
Vagina massage
A vaginal massage is a great way to arouse a woman after foreplay or
massage. Start off with the use of oil. If the woman is properly
lubricated with her own natural lubrication and you are considering
going down on her, skip the oil. But proper lubrication is key. The
woman should be on her back for this.
Begin massaging the sides of her vulva. Use two fingers down each side
of her vulva. Next, part her lips and slowly massage her opening. These
actions should be done slowly and carefully. Follow the signs the
woman gives you. Massage and rub her labia and opening and even
return to the outside area where you began.
Now use one finger to enter her vagina. Carefully and slowly move your
finger in and out, apply pressure to all sides of the vagina. Return once
again to the outside of the vagina for a few strokes, then back inside her.
Next, you will want to use two fingers on her.
Insert two fingers inside her. If she is a tight fit, take your time. Slow but
sure, her vagina will open and relax to fit your fingers. Take your time
and follow the pleasure of the woman. Lastly, turn your hand palm up
and begin to massage her Gspot. You'll be using your index and middle
fingers. Slowly apply pressure on the Gspot massaging it with varied
pressure. As was written in the section about massaging the Gspot, you
can massage the Gspot to orgasm or till arousal is too much for the
woman to bear and she demands something more from you.
Sex Positions
In this section we will take a look at several sex positions for men and
women. These are pleasurable in any context but I will explain the
implications when it comes to FE, in regards to the specific position. We
have already covered the importance of the angle of penetration and
duration stimulating the Gspot. This will be covered at length. Let's
begin.
Missionary
This position is as old as the earth itself. In some religious sects, it is the
ONLY position for love making. It is intimate and puts the male in a
dominant position and the female in a submissive. Trust is a factor here.
It's comfortable and quite intimate. It is an “ok” position for FE,
depending on the woman. Please study the picture below
Changeup Missionary
In this position we can see the angle of penetration being in a downward
angle. Depending on the woman, her Gspot may or may not be
stimulated properly with the missionary position. To remedy the
situation, the man can sit back on his knees creating a more straight,
inward position. You can also put a pillow under the woman's bottom to
lift her pelvis so the angle of penetration will hit the Gspot.
In this change-up to the missionary position, we see the angle of
penetration has changed. You can also do this by pushing the woman's
legs up over your head. As we have stated, the angle must always strike
the Gspot in an upward motion, if the woman is on her back.
Woman on Top
What more can be said? The woman is on top of the man and in full
control of the penetration. With practice, she can find a rhythm and
technique to ride the man's penis to orgasm and great pleasure.
The position is comfortable and intimate. There are many possibilities
for pleasure for man and woman with this position. Speed, rhythm and
technique are all factors and in most cases, the Gspot is stimulated
directly making the possibility of squirting a good possibility. The
woman can also reach down and stimulate her Gspot with her hand if
she enjoys that. If the woman feels she is about to ejaculate, she should
exit penetration to clear the urethral opening for the fluid to escape. This
can simply be done by rising up away from the penis when she orgasms.
Reverse Cowgirl
The woman is again in full control of the angle, speed and rhythm. For
some women it is an awkward position but for others, they fully enjoy
it. It gives a great view for the man who is normally very visual.
Doggy Style
Not the best position for the Gspot due to the angle but a lot of women
fancy it due to the depth that can be gained with it. It is also a true
submissive position for the woman. It is best done on the end of the bed
so the height and angle works best. A well endowed man should be
careful entering a woman this way as his penis length could hurt a
woman if she is not built for a large man.
Man on Top – From Behind
This is a great comfortable and intimate position for love making. The
woman lays on her tummy while the man enters her from behind. The
angle of penetration is superb for striking the Gspot, due to the
downward angle. It is also comfortable making for long sessions.
Spooning
This position is the very best position for direct penis to Gspot
stimulation. The angle is perfect. If a man can last for longer than 10
minutes, the woman can enjoy prolonged Gspot stimulation and
orgasms. The position is comfortable and takes very little effort for
intercourse.
Side-doggy style
This is a simple position with limited Gspot access. It is a good
changeup for surprising the woman. It is relatively comfortable for the
man and the woman.
Scissors
This position isn't the easiest but once the couple are comfortable and he
has entered her, it can be quite intimate. The name says it all, adjust
your legs so you scissor each other.
From behind with props
You can be creative with this one. Any way that you can have your
woman from behind. One thing that is to be kept in mind is height. A
tall man and short woman may have problems with this and any doggy
style type position.
Raised woman, man standing
This is a superb position for hitting the Gspot and comfort. Many a
woman have sprayed the entire floor of a bathroom from being taken on
top of a sink. Because the angle must always be upwards, the woman is
best elevated to strike the Gspot properly. This position does just that.
Woman on a sofa is also a great position...with the man on his knees on
the floor.
No matter the position, be intimate and caring with one another in your
pleasure. Be mindful of each other's bodies and triggers. Most experts
agree, if you give a woman 100%, she will give you 1000% in return.
Science Articles
In this section, we will look at some excerpts from a few science articles
on Female Ejaculation. These are peer reviewed studies and articles
from credible experts in their field. In some cases we will look at the
outdated version to show how far we have come learning about this
phenomenon.
Let's begin....
Part of the trouble in investigating the phenomenon under properly
controlled scientific conditions, however, is the fact that it doesn’t
particularly lend itself to laboratory investigations. Many women report
needing to be intensely aroused, as well as very relaxed, to ejaculate at
orgasm. So, although the clearest picture of what’s happening down
there would come from rigorous methodological studies, the trouble is
that subjecting self-reported female ejaculators to a barrage of invasive
electromyographic laboratory techniques designed to stimulate their
clitoris and evoke ejaculation kind of kills the mood.
This is something that a team of Egyptian researchers learned the hard
way recently. After attaching multiple electrodes to the genitals of 38
healthy young women, as well as using vaginal and uterine balloons to
measure pressure, and then stimulating the women to orgasm using
electrovibration, they didn’t find a drop of ejaculate, only vaginal
lubrication. They could only surmise that foreplay might have done the
trick. By contrast, a team of Czechs did manage to evoke "female
urethral expulsions" in 10 women under laboratory conditions back in
1988, but these women, unlike those in the more recent Egyptian study,
had a self-reported history of frequent ejaculation.

What we see in this above excerpt is that studying this phenomenon is
not easy and the list of variables long. Science and their gadgetry can
only do so much. Nothing will beat the experience of a man or woman
with skilled hands and a good ear to listen to the woman.

In a series of studies spanning the decade from 1990 to 2000, Zaviacic
and colleagues unraveled some of the mystery surrounding female
ejaculation and the female prostate. But because this research took place
in Eastern Europe with much of it published in Slovakian journals, it has
not received much attention in Western Europe or the U.S. I learned of it
at a sex-research meeting:
• Microscopic studies of the Skene’s glands show “secretory” cells, i.e.,
cells that secrete fluid.
• Women produce prostate-specific antigen (PSA). PSA is a compound
unique to the prostate gland. If women produce PSA, they must have
tissue analogous to the male prostate.
• Enzymes characteristic of the male prostate are also found in the
Skene’s glands.
• When men develop prostate cancer, PSA levels rise. When women
develop cancer of the Skene’s glands, their PSA levels rise.
• Tumors of the Skene’s glands contain cells very similar to those found
in prostate tumors in men.
Zaviacic’s conclusion: The Skene’s glands are, in fact, the female
prostate. He contends that the term Skene’s glands should be dropped in
favor of female prostate. He insists that female ejaculate is analogous to
male semen.

Prostate Gland (Skene’s Gland),” Anatomy and Embryology (2000)

Antigen…Reasons for Using the Term ‘Prostate’ in the Human Female,”

In this extensive study, we see that science has hit a home run in
proving that the male and female prostate do exist but are located in
different spots. It will be interesting to see what future studies will
uncover in regards to the female orgasm and female ejaculation.

"The G-spot is not felt normally during a gynecological exam, because
the area must be sexually stimulated in order for it to swell and be
palpable; physicians, of course, do not sexually arouse their patients
and, therefore, do not typically find the woman's G-spot."

INTRODUCTION:
Many speculations have been made on the possible existence of a "female
prostate gland" and "female ejaculation." Despite several reports on the
subject, controversy still exists around the "female prostate" and whether
such a gland might be the source of fluid emitted during orgasm
(ejaculation).
AIM:
To investigate the ultrasonographic, biochemical, and endoscopic features
in two women who reported actual ejaculations during orgasm.
MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:
Perineal ultrasound studies, as well as biochemical characteristics of
ejaculate and urethroscopy, have been performed in two women.
METHODS:
Two premenopausal women--44 and 45 years of age--who actually
reported fluid expulsion (ejaculation) during orgasm have been
investigated. Ultrasound imaging, biochemical studies of the ejaculated
fluid, and endoscopy of the urethra have been used to identify a prostate in
the female. Ejaculated fluid parameters have been compared to voided
urine samples.
RESULTS:
On high-definition perineal ultrasound images, a structure was identified
consistent with the gland tissue surrounding the entire length of the female
urethra. On urethroscopy, one midline opening (duct) was seen just inside
the external meatus in the six-o'clock position. Biochemically, the fluid
emitted during orgasm showed all the parameters found in prostate plasma
in contrast to the values measured in voided urine.
CONCLUSIONS:
Data of the two women presented further underline the concept of the
female prostate both as an organ itself and as the source of female
ejaculation.

Nothing new here except one profound statement. “gland tissue
surrounding the entire length of the female urethra.”
This proves that some women can store large amounts of fluid as the
Para-urethral sponge extends back more than just 1-2 inches.

A Storm of Controversy
Despite the scientific evidence, the medical establishment has long been
extremely dubious about female ejaculation. Over the years, the subject of
G-spot female ejaculation has stimulated a veritable thunderstorm of
debate among sex researchers, doctors, sex educators, porn stars, lovers,
husbands and wives. Detractors insist that there is no G-spot, that women
who squirt are just peeing while they're coming, and all this hoopla over
G-spot female ejaculation is nothing but a glorified golden shower.
But those of us who have experienced the power and glory of G-spot
female ejaculation - giving or receiving - know that it exists. This is not a
matter of faith; this is the science of sex. Squirting has been documented,
researched and chemically analyzed. In that regard, my own experience, as
well as my video-study in female ejaculation, Dr. Suzy's Squirt Salon(s)
provided me with extremely strong evidence. Too bad film isn’t something
you can scratch and sniff, because then you would know that it doesn’t
smell like urine! But the pleasure and power of female ejaculation do
come across onscreen. You can see it, you can hear it, and you can feel it.
And it feels good.
This feel-good aspect of squirting is perhaps another reason that the
naysayers have held sway over the years. Female ejaculation is a pure
recreational pleasure that has no apparent direct role in procreation, except
that women who squirt may, over the millennia, have procreated more,
simply because we tend to enjoy sex more.
Skepticism about squirting goes from the lab to the bedroom. On one of
the Squirt Salons, Rebecca, a part-Native American (Cherokee) woman
called in from South Dakota. She had no trouble squirting; she'd been
doing it almost all of her adult life and loved it. Her problem was getting
her new boyfriend to enjoy it with her. In fact, he didn’t even believe that
it was real. He accused her of peeing on him, implying that she was being
rude. My guest expert Deborah Sundahl and I tried to help Rebecca to
navigate the challenges of sharing the pleasures of female ejaculation with
a skeptical lover. First, do the smell test; comparing the aroma of female
ejaculate with that of urine. Next, let him read the scientific literature on
the subject.
In 2002, Dr. Emmanuele Jannini of Italy's L'Aquila University conducted a
study that found that the Skene's gland openings vary in size from one
woman to another, and some women appear not to have them at all. If
Skene's glands do cause female ejaculation, this may explain why some
women can do it profusely, while others can't at all, or just produce a little
spurt (though a little spurt can feel might good!). According to other
studies conducted by Dr. Cabello Santamaria, the phenomenon of
"retrograde female ejaculation," where the fluid travels up the urethra
towards the bladder, could also explain why many ladies can't or simply
don't squirt. Many women, when they learn to ejaculate, realize that they
have squirted in the past, but they haven't known what it was. Many have
ejaculated into the toilet during or immediately after sex, assuming, of
course, that they were peeing.
Female ejaculation is by no means "necessary" for female sexual pleasure.
But it is a healthy, normal, natural feminine experience that some women
have without even trying. But just because it's "natural" doesn't mean any
woman can do it without help. Just as many women (like me), needed to
learn how to have a regular orgasm, most of us need to learn how to
ejaculate. We need to learn a combination of technique and relaxation.
And guys who are interested need to learn how to help, if they really want
to help.
So here is the proof of what so many credible men and women have
said....
In 2002, Dr. Emmanuele Jannini of Italy's L'Aquila University conducted a
study that found that the Skene's gland openings vary in size from one

It also shows that in the one study, it was determined that not all women
have the "skenes gland" or they are very small....which means they cannot
squirt at all...

Penis size
Does size really matter? That depends on who you ask. It also depends
on the woman. No two vaginas are alike, so while woman can enjoy a
large penis, the next may only need one to be average. For the most
part, a larger penis can be an advantage as there are two spots inside the
vagina. Of course, the Gspot, as we know, but then there's the A-spot or
The A-Spot, AFE-zone or Anterior Fornix Erogenous Zone. The A-spot
is also on the top side of the vagina but is tucked back a bit farther, near
the Cervix. So, a smaller penis may not reach it. Not to mention some
women have a longer Gspot area than others.
I have heard stories where a woman was married for 20 years to the
same man, then divorced. Her orgasms were hit and miss. She then met
a man with a larger penis. Her orgasms increased dramatically. The
opposite has happened also. A woman has a well endowed lover then
loses him. Her new lover isn't a big. Neither are the results. There's not
much you do if you're a man. Penis enlargement scams are a plenty. Still
women also state “its not the size of the ship, but the motion of the
ocean.” Men, be the best lover you can be with what you got. Brains
and knowledge can surpass penis size any day.
Female ejaculation in porn
Female ejaculation, or squirting, in porn has been scrutinized for being
fake by many fans. While there is some evidence that a very select few
women inject water into their bladder and force it out for effect, the fact
remains some women can have extreme squirting orgasms. The porn
business gathers talent from around the globe so it only stands to reason
that some prolific squirters make their way into the porn industry.
We believe some women are actually forcing their ejaculate out with
very strong stomach muscles. Some squirting in porn is faked by
switching camera angles and filling the vaginal cavity with water. The
woman then pushes it out. It is obviously fake. There are too many
variables to say what is real or fake but a clear sign would be when the
vagina contracts and fluid is expelled, it is for real. We estimate that
90% of squirting in porn is real.
Gushing vs squirting
Many people will ask why a woman will gush but not squirt a stream
from her vagina. The answer is simple. Most times there is a penis,
fingers or labia blocking the opening to the urethra. With the exit clearly
open, the waters can flow freely...
The recessed vagina
No two vaginas were created equally. This makes female ejaculation
different for every woman. In some cases, the woman may have a
recessed vagina. This means the actual opening is tucked deep inside a
thick layer of flesh. In the case seen in this video, the man's fingers are
2-3 inches into the vagina and not into the vaginal cavity. This makes
milking the vagina very difficult and in some cases impossible.
Testimonials
From a friend and former researcher at The Female Ejaculation Society.
The Para-urethral sponge and the Clit
During a recent play session with a lover, a new technique and revelation
surfaced in my understanding of FE. She was properly hydrated and had
been heavily stimulated with intercourse of at least 15 minutes. She
requested to urinate but understood she was releasing ejaculate. She was
permitted to pee twice to which more stimulation occurred. This was in
the form of her massaging her clit while my fingers massaged her G-spot.
She was noticeably engorged with fluid already.
She had one orgasm and relaxed. My lover's orgasms are not intense
enough to release fluid but she is working on that through kegels, forced
holding of ejaculate/urine and the use of Le-lo balls. From there we had
intercourse again. The position was side to side spooning – with direct and
vigorous penetration and stimulation of the G-spot. She had one orgasm in
this position.
After, I decided to treat her to some squirting through our usual “milking”
method. She mentioned she felt really full. While in position I wondered
about something. I cast her legs up high and using my two middle fingers,
began massaging her G-spot and its now full sponge. I milked her once to
which she ejaculated easily. I then began the vigorous fast wiping method
of her clit and vulva. Seconds into this, I asked her to push. I had done this
wiping method before with her but no success. A few other partners had
squirting orgasms with this method though. Tonight though, she began to
expel on her own...and soaked the towel. I milked her and did he clit
wiping for ejaculation a total of four times and quite a lot of fluid.
I have drawn several conclusions with this new partner and method:
1. Teaching a woman to understand the feeling of ejaculate vs urine inside
them is an important part of them understanding their body, FE and how to
relax and release.
2. Holding ejaculate or any type of urination type feeling is good for
building strength in pelvic muscles and may indeed help train the G-spot
and stretch the para-urethral sponge. This is only educated guessing.
3. Once a woman knows she is full of ejaculate, she can easily release this
on her own and can enjoy an erotic feeling while masturbating. The
vigorous wiping motion of the clit will create the relaxation and with a
little help by pushing, a release is possible.
4. A woman can practice relaxing and feeling comfortable with release by
simply putting down towels or a cloth and “peeing” the bed or floor.
Allowing herself to release with the understanding she is not releasing
urine but rather divine nectar will help with the confidence needed to
release with a partner. A smell and taste test will also help.
5. Pelvic exercises seem to be an important part. I recommend a minimum
of 200 reps per day with a total of 400 (200 in morning and 200 at night)
being best. The use of Ben-wa or Le-lo balls will keep the G-spot in a
constant working mode. Even with a gland, practice makes perfect. 6.
Hydration – This is so critical!
I am studying bladder control problems. I am consulting with several
doctors and gynecologists and asking if some women could have such an
active para-urethral sponge that they are not having leakage from a faulty
urinary bladder but their sponge filling and thus leaking.
Not all women will squirt through orgasm but it seems that it is much
easier than I even realized having so many partners squirt. It comes back
once again to hydration, direct stimulation, understanding and relaxation.
Conclusions
I have helped thousands of men, women and couples to learn and
experience Female Ejaculation. With my own hands, I have spilled
buckets of the divine nectar. My knowledge and experience is extensive. I
am still learning.
I will continue to immerse myself in this phenomenon until the day I die.
There are more waters to chart and women to help with this subject. It will
be a never ending journey but one that is as fulfilling as her Gspot orgasm
itself. I will continue my studies on this topic.
With a review in mind, I can offer the following steps to help you with
your journey towards the 2nd Awakening.
