Welcome to the East Midlands Trains complimentary breakfast service
to London. All of our breakfasts are freshly cooked on board by our
chef today.
Please choose from one of the following breakfast options:
GREAT BRITISH BREAKFAST
A free range fried egg on a toasted muffin, bacon, prime pork
sausage, black pudding, tomato, hash browns and mushrooms make
this a classic breakfast choice.
SMOKED SALMON
WITH SCRAMBLED EGG
Scottish smoked salmon and free range scrambled egg served with
toast and a wedge of lemon.
BUBBLE AND SQUEAK
WITH TWO FRIED EGGS
A delicious combination of fried potatoes and vegetables served with
two free range fried eggs.
EAST MIDLANDS BENEDICT A toasted muffin served with either bacon or salmon topped with a
poached egg and smothered in a rich hollandaise sauce.
A vegetarian option is also available on request

A FILLED SAVOURY ROLL
Choose from bacon, sausage or scrambled egg
RACHEL’S GREEK YOGURT,
GRANOLA & HONEY A simple light option of natural Greek yogurt topped with Kellogg’s
granola with a drizzle of honey.

A tasty nutty breakfast bar for a snack on the go!
WOLFYS PORRIDGE
A deliciously filling bowl of porridge oats – choose from
HONEY & NUT or BERRY.

in First Class, available on board all of our services to and from
London St Pancras International.
