4. Go to www.calorieking.com (calorie king) (or http://nutritiondata.self.com/tools/calories-burned)
 Click on “Tools” from the top menu bar, then select “BMI calculator”
 Fill in your height (be accurate!) and your current weight. Use the scale without your shoes.

brand, it will help narrow your search. Try to be specific (Honey Nut Cheerios, Cool Ranch Doritos…)
 Pay close attention to the serving size and modify it to make it accurate for what you typically eat.
