HONORING OUR MAY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH Congratulations are in order for our Employee of the Month! Meagan Rickert Server/Caregiver Meagan Rickert has been with the company for 11 months. She started out as a server in our dining room but is presently in the process of acquiring her HCA license to work in our nursing department as a caregiver. She loves being outside with her two dogs, chickens and baby chicks. She is a people person and is able to get along with just about anyone that she comes in contact with. Meagan loves listening to the resident’s stories and just making them very happy and loved by being and doing things with them. She says the best part of working here is that our facility feels like home and all our residents and staff members are like one big family. She says her proudest moment at Fieldstone Grandridge is when she got recognized for all the work she has so passionatley provided this past year. Please help us congratulate Meagan when you see her!
