Directions to Hotel Shuttle from O’Hare Airport for Arrivals
in Domestic Terminals 1, 2 or 3
Follow directions to Baggage Claim Area (lower level).
1. From baggage claim please follow the signs that will lead you to the Bus
Shuttle Center **There are red arrows directing you on both the signage and
red arrows marked on the floor at O’Hare. Follow the signs down an elevator or
escalator (your choice) to an underground walkway that leads to elevators that
take you up to the Bus/Shuttle Center on Level 1.
2. Once you have taken the elevator and reached the Bus Shuttle Center please
proceed to Door 2.
3. Wait for the Crowne Plaza O’Hare shuttle bus that is burgundy colored. Please
make certain that guests get on the Shuttle that says “Crowne Plaza Chicago
O’Hare”.
Directions to Hotel Shuttle from Airport for Arrivals in International Terminal 5
1. Call hotel 847-671-6350 press “8” or use courtesy phone in terminal to request
pickup
2. Look for signage that says Public Transportation and Shuttle Services
3. Proceed to Door 5E
4. Wait for the Crowne Plaza O’Hare shuttle bus that is burgundy colored. Please
make certain that guests get on the Shuttle that says “Crowne Plaza Chicago
O’Hare”.
5. You must call for pickup for flights arriving to the International Terminal
**Please note: Hotel shuttle leaves hotel on the hour and on the half hour. It drops off
departing guests and then heads to Hotel Bus Shuttle Center to pickup arriving guests.
Hotel shuttle can not wait at Bus Shuttle Center.
Driving Directions from O’Hare to Hotel
Follow signs to get on I-190 East (towards Chicago) 2.1 miles
Exit 1B – River Road South *Turn right onto River Road for 0.3 miles
Hotel is at the corner of Balmoral & River Road
**For HOTEL PARKING: (parking is located behind hotel)
Turn right onto Balmoral Street. Follow signs for hotel parking
**Entrance to the hotel from the parking lot is at the burgundy awning
For arrivals into MIDWAY Airport
Omega Airport Shuttle is convenient and inexpensive (Approx. $16.00) for traveling
between Midway and O'Hare International Airports. Shuttles leave Chicago Midway
Airport every hour between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm and travel to O'Hare International
Airport. Travelers are picked up at door M1 at Chicago Midway Airport.

Once you are at O’Hare Airport, guests can take the Crowne Plaza O’Hare shuttle
directly to the hotel. (follow directions above)

From the West (Rockford)
Take I-90 East, Towards Chicago. Exit 190 O’Hare. Pay a toll. Stay in the Right lane. Exit Mannheim
Road South.
Get back on the highway and follow the signs to Chicago. Exit River Road South. Turn Right.
Hotel is on Right side, approx. 2 blocks down.
From the South (Indiana)
Take 294 North. Follow the signs to 190 O’Hare. Pay a Toll. Turn Right at the light.
Hotel is on Right side, approx. 6 blocks down.
From the North (Wisconsin)
Take 294 South. Follow the signs to 190 O’Hare. Pay a Toll. Stay in the Right lane. Exit Mannheim Road
