Aims To review parts of the body vocabulary
Time 10 minutes
Materials 1 handout for each student
• Give each student a copy of the handout and look at the
first clue (2 Across) as a class. Elicit the answer lungs and
tell students to write this in the appropriate place in the
crossword grid.
• Allow students time to complete the rest of the puzzle.
Check answers as a class, ensuring that students have spelled
the words correctly and that they can pronounce them
