Challenge instructions:
Invite friends or family to take part in the Taste Bud Challenge!
Each person should take turns to be blindfolded.
Give the blindfolded person an item of food and complete
the table as they describe how it smells, feels and tastes.
They should finally try to guess the item of food.

Taste Bud Chat: It is fun experimenting with food and
finding out what foods people like and dislike - we are
all different! After the Challenge, why not have a
chat to discuss what types of food were difficult
or interesting to sense. How were your senses
affected by being blindfolded? What did you like
or dislike and were you surprised by any flavours?
