Annex 1 – Mandatory conditions

MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Supply of Alcohol (note does not apply to Club Premises Certificates)
or
1.
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a)
At a time that there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence;
b)
At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his
personal licence is suspended.
2.
Every supply of alcohol under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who
holds a personal licence.

1.
A CCTV system shall be installed and working to the satisfaction of the Police and Licensing
Authority.
2.
The CCTV to operate at all times whilst the premises remain open to the public (including
during any “private parties/events”) and all images captured to be recorded and stored on site
and to be accessible by at least one member of staff on duty at all times if required.
3.
Recordings shall be maintained for a minimum period of 31 days.
4.
Copies of the recordings shall be made available to the Police and/or the Licensing Authority
on request within 48 hours of the request being made.
5.
Notices shall be displayed at the entrance to the premises, and in prominent positions
throughout the premises, advising that CCTV is in operation.
6.
There shall be no sales of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
7.
No alcohol/drinks to be taken and consumed outside the premises.
8.
Notices shall be prominently displayed at the exit requesting patrons to respect the needs of
local residents and leave the area quietly.
9.
A proof of age scheme such as Challenge 21 shall be operated at the premises where the only
acceptable forms of identification are recognised photographic identification cards, such as a
driving licence or passport.
