Elegant design, state-of-the-art technical facilities and personal service – these are the features that characterise
conferences at the Mountain Design Resort Hotel Kitzhof, and you will find them reflected throughout our entire
conference area and in all its sections. Five seminar rooms (340 square metres) can be combined with one another.
Each of them has access to our garden, and there are two high-quality meeting rooms at the lobby level. Together
with the Kitzhof Suite and the fresh air of the Tyrolean mountains, these facilities provide perfect conditions for a
successful event.

Our elegant event section Kitzbüheler Alpen has plenty of natural light, antique wood, loden material and space for
up to 250 delegates. Depending on the occasion, the hall can be divided into five rooms, separated by sound-proof
partitions. Suitable décor and hand-carved, gold-plated chandeliers from Italy will transform it into a large ballroom
for grand occasions and parties that can be celebrated in style. If you wish, the garden, too, can be integrated into
your conference plans, with numerous options for open-air receptions. The two elegant meeting rooms, St. Moritz
and Lech, at the lobby level and the Davos Room at the garden level provide a stimulating and natural ambience.
We offer our guests an environment that is truly professional in every way. The seminar service is handled by a
superbly trained and motivated workforce, and our guests greatly value our fast and simple paths of communication.
However, we do understand that planning and implementing different events outside your own company premises
can be quite a challenge. Our experienced staff will therefore be happy to provide you with advice that will meet

Location: Situated right next to the Stadtpark (town park) and two Alpine peaks – Kitzbüheler Horn and
Hahnenkamm – the Mountain Design Resort Hotel Kitzhof is no more than a five-minute walk
from the picturesque centre of the legendary Tyrolean holiday resort Kitzbühel. Four golf courses
are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The short distances to the cable cars are conveniently accessible on foot or on the hotel shuttle bus.
Design: Hotel Kitzhof combines modern design and a traditional ambience. The design is based on plenty
of glass and natural light. Thanks to the choice of materials, the hotel has a distinct touch of
tradition, despite its straight modern lines. The overall picture is dominated by flooring made
from mountain larch wood, antique wood, modern furniture covered with grey and red loden,
leather and warm colours. There is a very special Tyrolean cosiness at Hotel Kitzhof with its
open fireplaces, antlers and designer lamps.

Spa:Covering 600 square metres, our KITZ SPA is a great place for guests to enjoy innovative applications and products by Susanne Kaufmann™ and Ericson Laboratoire Paris. The spacious spa and
wellness section has five fully equipped treatment rooms, a steam bath, a Finnish sauna and a
sanarium with a relaxation area, as well as a 15 × 5 metre indoor pool next to an outside terrace
with lounge chairs, as well as fun showers and a gym with Life Fitness equipment.
Conference section:
Our spacious event section (approx. 340 square metres) is situated at the garden level and can be
divided into several rooms. It has larch wood flooring, antique wooden ceilings, grey loden-covered
chairs, cream-coloured loden curtains, state-of-the-art equipment and a great view of the hotel’s
own farmhouse garden. It’s a perfect setting for conferences, weddings and a wide range of functions for up to 250 persons. Three further elegant meeting rooms are available for up to 14 persons,
offering a stimulating, natural ambience. The décor is antique wood, with rustic conference tables
made of solid oak.
Undergroundparking:
Our own spacious underground garage is available for guests at € 12,— per parking slot per day.
Room rates: Summer season 2017 from € 199,— per double room incl. champagne breakfast.

Our conference section has state-of-the-art equipment, covers 340 square metres and can sit up to 250 delegates. It
provides a professional setting for all your functions and events and meets a wide range of requirements. Five
rooms are located on the garden level, and four of them have direct access to our spacious gardens.
Our Kitzbüheler Alpen conference facilities can be divided into a maximum of five rooms of varying sizes, using
soundproof partitions, to suit your specific requirements. With its unlimited options it is a perfect setting for conferences, corporate functions, Christmas parties, weddings, product presentations and numerous other occasions.
Our team will be very happy to help you with any specific requests you may have and will provide suitable advice.
In addition to the six conference rooms on the garden level, you may want to use our elegant meeting rooms: Davos,
Lech and St. Moritz or indeed our Kitzhof Suite. These facilities are ideal for a variety of meetings – in small groups,
with customers or at the management level.
Our hotel would also be pleased to arrange an attractive leisure programme to accompany your conference. Our
exclusive position in the midst of the alpine world of Kitzbühel make our hotel ideal for lots of outdoor activities,
ranging from whitewater rafting, through guided mountainbike tours to horse-drawn sledge tours and skiing
