Class booking conditions:
General
Minimum of four people for a session to take place. All participants must book in
advance and sign in at reception. Late arrivals to a class will not be permitted.
Booking
Bookings can be made up to seven days in advance. Payments must be made at the
time of booking the session.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted by 9am on the day of the class by telephone or
in person. All users who fail to cancel or show up for a booked class will be charged
for the full fee

20-20-20 A class that combines hi-lo aerobics,
step, and a resistance workout, complimented
with an abdominal workout.
Aerobics A combination of hi/lo impact
exercises providing a great cardio workout to
maximise fat burn.
Aqua jog Water based aerobics session in
deep water to add a resistance based workout
as well. Participants must be confident in deep
water.
Body Blitz A cardiovascular class with
attitude, worked to high tempo beats.
Bodycombat™ A cardiovascular interval
training programme that combines high
intensity boxing, strength and stabilisation
exercises.
Body Conditioning™ A low impact
workout, with a resistance section to improve
strength, tone and muscular endurance,
complimented with an abdominal workout.
Bodypump™ A class using barbells and
adjustable weights to tone and condition
muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid
fatburning.

Bokwa Dance fitness programme comprising of
cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength
and flexibility to guide and assist with weight
loss.
Bootcamp A total body workout which involves
moving from one exercise to another with little
or no rest. This strict regime to motivational
music is a fun effective class and a great fat
burner.
Boxercise A high energy challenging workout
using gloves, focus pads and boxing styles,
which improves fitness, co-ordination, skill and
timing.
Circuits A station based class designed to
burn fat and tone muscles utilising various
equipment. Suitable for all levels.
Core Conditioning This class assists the
development of a strong core by targeting the
area below the chest and above the waist in a
gentle but effective fashion.
Fitness yoga Classes incorporate preparatory
movements to establish a stable breath, internal
heat and a grounded centre before moving on
to strength, flexibility and stamina moves.
Fight klub High cardiovascular workout
incorporating fight bags and pads.
Indoor cycle An intensive aerobic workout on
exercise bikes, focusing on the heart and lungs.
A great way to develop lower body tone and
burn plenty of calories.
LBT (Legs, bums & tums) An aerobics
focused class designed to tone the lower body.
A mix of high/low impact moves combined with
floor work for muscle toning.
Pilates Developed to offer a conditioning and
toning technique that targets the deep muscles
supporting the spine and major joints.
Spin Designed to push you to the limit.
Improves endurance and burns fat fast.
Suitable for all levels, this class is done from a
bike and focuses on the heart and lungs and
is a great way to develop lower body toning to
burn plenty of calories.
Step and tone A variation on the traditional
step class. In this class emphasis is also on
body tone.
Total workout A hi-lo impact aerobic
class, with a full body resistance workout,
complimented with an abdominal workout.
Yoga Yoga is associated with meditative
practices and it can help you become more
aware of your body’s posture, alignment and
patterns of movement. It makes the body
more flexible and helps you relax.
Zumba® A latin inspired dance fitness class,
suitable for all levels. Come and workout to
the sounds of pulsating latin rhythms with
easy to follow dance moves.
