Program Design: We’ll take the information from your assessment to design a specialized program that works with your lifestyle, schedule, needs and goals. Re-assessment Progression: A re-evaluation is recommended every 4-6 weeks. At that time, we’ll design a follow-up program to address your new abilities, goals, and needs.
