For many countries, legal and enforcement changes are needed to address this issue. Speakers will discuss the need for increased efforts to ensure a country’s free trade zone does not become a transit hub of illegitimate goods and illegal activity. Panelists will also discuss labels, packaging, storage and destruction issues.
