Aswemoveforwardwiththislegislation,itisimportanttoknowthatourthreeprioritybillsforthisyear
HB11--CausingDieselEmissionstoDischargeOntoAnother--Prohibition--akaCoalRollingandtwo
billssponsoredbySenatorMannotomakeourcrosswalkssaferaretooimportanttowaitforatask
forcetoconsider.Weurgepassageofthesethreebillsduringthe2017legislativesession.
