WOOD WAGON SKU# SKY 1713 ASSEMBLY MANUAL Revised May 2014 The parts and hardware below have been included for assembly: (A) Wagon Body x 1 (B) Handle x 1 (C) Front Axle x 1 (D) Back Axle x 1 (E) Swivel x 1 (F) Large Bolt x 1 (G) Long Screw x 1 (J) Large Washers x 2 (I) Support Bars x 2 (H) Side Rails x 4 (2 large , 2 small) (K) Wheels x 4 (L) Wheel Washers x 4 (M) Red Wheel Caps x 4 (N) Cotter Pins x 4 (O) Small Screws x 8 (P) Screw and Capnut x 10 1 Line up the Swivel (E) and the Front Axel (C). Take 1 Large Washer (J) and place on the Swivel face down, insert the Large Bolt (F) through the aligned Swivel and Front Axel as shown in the photo. 1a Place the other Large Washer on the bottom of the Front Axel facing upward and tighten the washer on the bolt. 2 3 Align four holes of the Swivel with the front holes of the Wagon Body (A). Then take four Small Screws (O), insert from the top down and tighten. Locate Back Axel (D), and line it up with holes on the back of wagon, take two Small Screws and insert from the top down and tighten. 3a Place the two Support Bars (I) onto the Back Axel (one on either side), then align the opposite end of the supports bars to the holes on the Wagon Body, use two Small Screws to secure the Support Bars. 4 5 6 Take 1 Wheel (K) and put it onto an axel pole, next place a Wheel Washer (L) onto the axel pole over the Wheel. Last place a Cotter Pin (N) to secure the Wheel and snap a Red End Cap (M) on to the end of the axel. Line up the Handle (B) with the Front Axel, then take the Long Screw (G) and place it through and tighten. To secure the Side Railing, align the railing holes with the holes on the side of the Wagon Body, use Screw and Capnut (P) to secure. Repeat this step for all 4 side of the wagon. WARNING: 1. Do not load more than 200 lbs. on your wagon. 2. Do not over inflate tires. 3. Be extremely cautious when using the wagon on rough terrain, curbs, or steps ( this is the time when mishandling could cause damage or bodily in jury). 4. Inspect all parts for sharp edges before using your wagon. 5. Periodically inspect all nuts, bolts, and tires to make sure they are secure and properly inflated. 6. Do not stand on wagon. 7. Do not use the wagon on an inclined hill.
