Contest will include all Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday Pro Football games. Each contestant is not required to make selections
on every game of the week. Contestants may enter “late” into the contest, up until the start of the first game played during the last week
of the regular season. Late entries will be eligible for weekly contest prizes beginning the first week they enter.
For tiebreakers, contestants must select their best guess for the total combined score of the Monday Night Football game (without going
over). Contestants will have the ability to select a tiebreaker score of one (1) point or higher. Contestants that make no tiebreaker
selection or have a selection score of zero will be deemed ineligible in a tiebreaker situation. In weeks that there is more than one
Monday Night Football game, the last game listed on the contest card will be the tiebreaker game. In the event that there is not a
Monday Night Football game, contestants must select their best guess for the total combined score of the game designated on the
contest card (without going over) that week. In the event of a tie score for a Monday Night Football game, the game will not be counted
in the contest (17c). However, the total combined score of the Monday Night Football game will remain as the official tiebreaker score.
Each contestant must make their selections before the start of each game listed on the contest card each week. Any other games in the
17-week season not scheduled to be played on Thursday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday will not be included on the weekly contest cards.
In the event that all tiebreaker scores go over, the winner will be the contestant who submitted their selection for the last game on the
contest card at the earliest recorded time in that associated week. For example, a contestant making a recorded selection for the
Monday Night Football game on week 1 at 10:00 AM on August 15, 2016 will receive a time stamp of 10:00 AM, 8/15/16. Additionally, if
the selection for this game is revised and recorded at 11:00 AM on August 15, 2016, an updated time stamp of 11:00 AM, 8/15/16 will be
recorded on that contestants account for week 1. Any modification made to the last game on the contestants’ card will reflect a new time
stamp record for their account.
When using the Boarding Pass kiosk, it is the contestant’s sole responsibility to save each entry, enter the tiebreaker amount for each
entry, print a ticket of the transaction, and to log out and end the session on the kiosk by touching the “log out” button on the touch
screen. If a contestant chooses to turn-in their bubble card at a “manned station,” the contestant will receive a computer printed contest
ticket for that week’s selections. It is the contestant’s sole responsibility to check the ticket for the correct contestant number and game
selections before leaving the window or kiosk. The ticket will also include the time and date when selections were made. The
contestant’s official selections will be those contained in the Free $750,000 Gridiron Glory Football Contest system’s computer records.
Each contestant will use their Boarding Pass, or Jackie’s Club Cortez Card, along with a PIN (Personal Identification Number) for any
transaction relating to the Free $750,000 Gridiron Glory Football Contest. Weekly prizes will be awarded based on the contestant’s
correctly selected games for each particular week. Contestants may make changes to their weekly selections prior to the start of each

Official Postseason Tiebreaker Rules
The postseason contest prize payouts will be based on the contestants’ number of winning selections during the postseason.
Should a tie occur, the following procedures will be used to determine a single winner for each postseason prize available to be awarded.
Contestants with equal records will be placed into a “Tie Breaker Bracket”. For example, if four (4) contestants tie with the best record
for the postseason contest following four (4) weeks of play, those contestants will be placed in the postseason first place tie breaker
bracket. This will determine the first, second, third, and fourth place. The next best record will win fifth place.
a.
Example: Contestants A, B, C, and D tie in the highest number of wins for postseason with a record of 64-0 at the conclusion of
the postseason contest. Contestant E has the next highest number of wins with a record of 63-1. Contestants A, B, C, and D
will be placed in the tie breaker bracket to determine who will win first, second, third, and fourth prize. Contestant E will win
the fifth place prize.
b.
Contestant E will not be eligible for any of the top four prizes regardless of the results of the tie breaker bracket. Since
contestant E’s record of 63-1 was less than that of contestants A, B, C, and/or D, contestant E is eligible for the next best prize
of fifth place.
4.
No contestant with an inferior record will advance to a higher prize as a result of a tiebreaker.
5.
Tie breaker bracket winners will be determined based on the following:
a.
The tied contestant who selected the closest total combined score for the Big Game without going over will determine the
winner.
b.
If the totals are equal, the contestant who submitted their selection for the Big Game on the contest card at the earliest
recorded time (official time stamp) will determine the winner.
c.
If the time stamps are equal, the contestant who signed up for the contest on the earlier date and time shall win.
d.
If the sign up date and time are equal, the contestant with the most winners selected in the final week of the postseason (week
4) will determine the winner, and so on weekly (in reverse chronological order), until the tie is broken.
6.
In the unlikely event that a tie situation is still not resolved after employing the above tie breaker process, the contest card for week 4 of
the postseason (Big Game) that is date/time stamped earliest will win that unresolved tie.
7.
Management reserves the right to modify or cancel these Tie Breaker rules at any time at management’s sole discretion.
