Made from high specification steel, SHEARBOLT legs are built for
hard work. Shear bolts themselves are a special grooved (waisted)
design with bushes to protect against wear.

Automatic linkage
AUTO-RESET MD LEGS –
COMPLETE PROTECTION
Multi-directional (MD) pivots allow AUTO-RESET MD legs
to break back in any direction; not just in a straight line.
Automatic resetting of the leg is made by twin nitrogen
pressurised accumulators once the obstruction is passed.
Pressure adjustment can be easily controlled by the
operator to suit varying conditions.

TWIN ACCUMULATORS
Setting the nitrogen pressure in the accumulators controls
the amount of force required to ‘break-back’ optional
AUTO-RESET MD legs should a solid object be encountered.
Thereby protecting the machine from damage. Accumulator
pressure is easily set by the operator to suit conditions,
using the tractor hydraulics. No special tools are required.

LINKAGES – TAKE THE STRESS AWAY
For lighter and sandy soils, CONVEX ridging bodies ‘press’ the ridge sides to produce a ‘tighter’,
firmer ridge with greater stability to withstand weather changes and adverse conditions.
Wide furrow bottoms produced by CONVEX bodies are a great advantage where stone contents are
high; providing additional space for separated stones.
BEDFORMER BX 4-BODIED
FOLDED FOR TRANSPORT
To minimise frame stress, 4-BODIED BEDFORMER models feature automatic
adjustment; half depth to full depth on both the outer body linkages. This
also promotes equal pulling forces across the machine, making the tractor
much more controllable and easier to drive in a straight line. Operation of
this feature is fully automatic; activated when markers are changed over by
the driver at the ends of the field.
STANDEN-PEARSON CONVEX bodies feature easily replaceable bolt-on wear sections to minimise
running costs. The only manufacturer to offer easily replaceable CONVEX body wear pieces,
STANDEN-PEARSON has its’ customers interests at heart!
