We are writing to you in respect of the above mentioned policy you have concluded with AIG Europe

Slovakia through its organisational unit AIG Europe Limited, a branch of the insurance company
from another Member state, registered office AC Diplo at, Palisády ,

District Court of Bratislava I, section Po, File No. 2126/B (hereinafter referred to „AIG“).
This is to kindly inform you that since 1st of May 2017 the company AIG transferred the assets of its
organisational units (branches) in Slovakia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania
to Colonnade Insurance S.A., Rue Eugè e Ruppert
, L-2453 Luxembourg, Luxembourg,
incorporated with Companies register of Luxembourg under number B 61605 (hereinafter referred
to „Colonnade“). The insurance company Colonnade is a subsidiary of the important Canadian
insurance and reinsurance company Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, that is listed on Toronto
Stock Exchange and entered the European markets through Colonnade. That insurance company
operates in Slovakia through its organisational unit (branch) Colonnade Insurance S.A., a branch of
the insurance company from another Member state, registered office Štúrova 2 , 042 0, Košice.
As a result of the above mentioned transaction the employees of AIG Europe Limited, a branch of the
insurance company from another Member state, registered office AC Diplo at, Palisády ,

Bratislava, since 1st of May 2017, became employees of Colonnade Insurance S.A., a branch of the
insurance company from another Member state.
Dear client, in relation to the above said we would like to inform you that since May 1, 2017, under
the CLAIMS HANDLING & RUN-OFF MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT concluded between AIG and
Colonnade, all the services associated with your policy shall be provided through Colonnade.
Pursuant to section 8 subsection 7 of the Act No. 122/2013 Z.z. on Personal Data Protection and on
amendments to certain laws we have to inform you that since effective date of 1st of May 2017
Colonnade was authorized to process your personal data in order to carry out the above services and
operations.
