Confidential - Revised 5/22/2015 TRAINING GUIDE #102 CHICKEN POPPERS INGREDIENTS: chicken Poppers, potato chips, wing sauce, bbq sauce, ranch dressing UTENSELS: serving tongs SERVING: white tray, paper liner, 2oz cup and lid PREPARATION STEPS GUIDELINES AND SAFETY TIPS 1. Select 7 poppers from the freezer for a small order and 11 poppers for a large order. 1. Poppers come in various sizes, be sure to choose a random mixture of big and small. 2. Cook poppers in the AutoFry for 4min 30sec 2. Be sure AutoFry temp is at least 335f. 3. Fill one jumbo container with Potato Chips from the display. If no chips available you will need to cook some. 4. Place a paper liner inside the tray and spread the chips as shown in the picture below. 5. Place a covered 2oz sauce container in the middle and spread the poppers evenly around the perimeter of the tray. 6. Remove lid from sauce before pass-out. 5. All orders get wing sauce unless customer requests bbq sauce or ranch dressing.
