This document shows you how to easily download media
profiles from the Antalis ICC Profile Center website and
upload the media profiles into your RIP Software.

Welcome to the Antalis ICC Profile Center. Conveniently
accessible from your local Antalis website, you will find the
latest media profiles for our Coala LFP media range on the most
popular printers types. Be sure to visit the website frequently as
it is regularly updated with new media profiles. This user guide
will show you how easy it is to download media profiles from
the Antalis ICC Profile Center and install them in your RIP
software.

1. Visit
your local Antalis website by typing www.antalis.xx into your internet
browser.
a. From the Antalis website Homepage, the Catalogue page of the site, you will find a quick access link on the
right column.

b. Click on the link and you will be prompted to log in or create an account. Use your Antalis account
credentials or create an account if you do not have one yet.

c. Once logged in click on the ICC Profile button. You are now on the Antalis ICC Profile Centre homepage.
You have to accept the Terms and Conditions of the ICC Profile Center to start searching for media profiles
and to download them.
You can also accept to receive notification about updates on the media profiles you have downloaded.

2. Search for media profiles using the convenient search dropdown menus.
a. We’ve made searching for media profiles really easy: start clicking on “Search Profiles”.

b. To begin your search, select your printer manufacturer. The website will dynamically show you the
available printer models.

c. Select your Printer model and the website will dynamically show the results for all the available media
profiles for the printer you selected.

d. You can continue to narrow your results by selecting your RIP, Ink Type and Media Name.

e. When you have selected your Printer model, RIP, Ink Type and a specific Media you will see more
information about that media and about the different profiles available.

Add the profile to your download queue by selecting the button “Add To
Queue” next to the profile you want to download.

a. You will notice the link “Download Queue” will now reflect that there is 1 profile added to the Download
Queue.
b. You can remove any profile you have added to the “Download Queue” by clicking “Remove from queue”.
c. You have a “Back “button to come back to your selection.

Continue to search for additional profiles and add them to your queue by
changing your search selection in the dropdown menus.

5. Add each additional profile by clicking the “Add to queue” button.
If you plan to use different printers just search for the right profile and add it
to the queue.

6. You can request media profiles that are not shown.
a. If you can’t find the profile you need, click the link “request the profiles you need.”

b. If you can’t find the “Printer Manufacturer”, “RIP Manufacturer” or “Media” you need, select the option
“My Printer is not listed”, “My RIP is not listed” or “My Media is not listed”.
The Option “request the profiles you need.” will appear at the button of the page, click the link.

c. Fill out the online form and submit.

d. We will check your request and if created, you will be notified by email when the requested profile is
available online. Please note profiles can only be created when we have received sufficient demand.

7. Begin downloading your media profile(s) by selecting “Download Queue”.
a. Click the navigation link on the left to bring up the Download Queue page.

Confirm your selection and remove any unwanted profiles. Then click the
“Download Queue” button.

a. Verify your selection before downloading.
b. To remove a profile, select the “Remove from queue” button next to the profile you would like to remove.

9. Your profiles will be zipped into a single file.
a. Depending on the number of profiles you selected, it may take from a few seconds to several minutes to
prepare the file. When completed, simply click on the link “Files are ready, click here to start download.”

The zip file will download to your computer. When the download is
complete, open the file in your downloads folder and save it to your
computer.

11. Open the zip file from your downloads folder and click the “Extract All
Files” button at the top of your browser.
12. Extract the zipped files and save the extracted files to a temporary
location.
a. After the files have been successfully imported into your RIP software, you may delete the files.

13. Find some documentation by selecting “Technical Information”.
a. Click the navigation link on the left to bring up the Technical Information.

14. Find the list of media profiles you downloaded by selecting “My History”.
a. Click the navigation link on the left to bring up the My History.
b. You can find all the media profiles you have downloaded and download them again.
