To have your RV removed - you must give 24 hour notice during Storage Hours
and before your arrival!! THIS IS A DEAD STORAGE FACILITY.
NO Selling Allowed of R.V.’S while in the Storage Area!!
OWNERS REPRESENT: That they have visited the storage facilities area and accept the existing
security arrangements and storage facilities in their existing condition.
That batteries have been disconnected & LP tanks shut off!!
This facility does not carry insurance for, nor assume liability for, loss due to fire, lightning, windstorm,
theft, malicious mischief, or other matters normally covered in a comprehensive, full coverage insurance
policy and for that reason, owners understand and agree to maintain full comprehensive insurance on
their R.V. while in this facility without subrogation’s right in the insurance company.

By signed copy of this agreement, receipt of your RV, and initial payment, we acknowledge
and do agree to reasonably maintain the premises and facility in its present condition,
including the existing night lighting and all fencing.
