This facility does not carry insurance for, nor assume liability for, loss due to fire, lightning, windstorm, theft, malicious mischief, or other matters normally covered in a comprehensive, full coverage insurance policy and for that reason, owners understand and agree to maintain full comprehensive insurance on their R.V. while in this facility without subrogation’s right in the insurance company.
