Handling module HSP Speed! “Link-guided”– this is the secret of maximum productivity, minimum cycle times and impressive precision. “Pneumatics” – provide for dynamism and power. “Electricis” means greater flexibility. Combined they give us the HSP – the fastest, most flexible pick & place in its class. Productive thanks to maximum economy 100 parts/min – no other picker works faster. Clever through more intelligence Independent adjustment of the Y and Z strokes in the pick or the place position. Plus the teach-in positions and speeds mean that the electrical variants can achieve greater functionality. Small thanks to the compact, ready-to-install unit The HSP permits the design of more compact yet still clearly arranged machines. The simple project engineering tool also saves time and money – and with the fast teach-in function and user-friendly menu prompts, this also applies in the case of the electrical variant. Simple and well thought-out installation concept with adaptable options The installation package holds all the tubes and cables and routes them to the rear. Matching grippers and rotary drives thanks to the universal adapter. 123.1.PSI 0 sec 0.15 sec 0.3 sec Product Short Information Handling module HSP Modern drives – Systematically more economic a l * Technical data for the HSP Stroke range Y Z Effective linear stroke in Z Min. cycle time Repeat accuracy in the end position Repeat accuracy in the rest position [mm] [mm] [mm] [s] [mm] [mm]* HSP-12 HSP-16 HSP-25 52 ... 68 20 ... 30 15 0.6 ±0.01 <1.5 90 ... 110 35 ... 50 20 0.8 ±0.01 130 ... 170 50 ... 70 25 1.0 ±0.02 * *Only applies to the electrical variants 2. HSP electrical • With additional directly mounted motor MTR-DCI or with repositionable angled gear unit • Commissioning by means of integrated teach-in function and display • Activation via I/Os or CanOpen • Reference signal option with SM-8 proximity sensor • Metallic stops with cushioning element Typical applications: • Fast pick & place tasks with travel from end position to end position • Complete cost-effective solution for simple loading and unloading Typical applications: • Pick & place tasks with central ejector position for defective parts • Applications with speed changes, e.g. for slow placement operations • Rest position possible immediately above workpiece, e.g. for applications where time is a critical factor • Handling of workpieces of different heights possible Typical application: • for connecting an external drive Adjustment for Y stroke Once the HSP is assembled, the Y stroke for the pick and the place position can be set independently. Adjustment for Z stroke It is also possible to compensate for differences in height, e.g. between a rotary indexing table and a transfer system, after the unit has been assembled. Adaptable front guide: The HSP thrives on it! Using an adapter which is fitted to the vertical guide rail and available as an accessory, the user can fit the grippers or rotary drives from the handling and assembly technology modules directly. On the topic of installation: Here’s another important consideration in relation to the HSP! With the handling module HSP, we are continuing in the tradition of the linear modules, the HMP and HMPL, and can offer an optional installation package for every size of HSP. Y Wait position module (optional) Z Linear transfer system Precision adjustment of different levels is possible Rotary indexing table * Representatively tested and certified with products ADVU, DGPL and DNC.
