Material shipping
If you have materials which have to be sent by post please be aware to send them to the Wrocław
EURO Stadium to your booth in the time you are at the booth, meaning on April 10th from 6 p. m. to
10 p. m.
Please remind that the maximal height of the booth may not exceed 2,5m, respectively the weight of the
presented products should not be more than 500 kg/m².
Pallet truck/Fork lift
In case you need a hand lift (a manual or electric one) or other product handling machine please
contact us.
2. Exhibitor passes
All exhibitors will receive badges at their arrival to the Wrocław EURO Stadium.
Additional exhibitor passes can be bought on site for 10 Euros during set-up from our sales personnel
at sight.
3. Exhibitor services/trade fair service
The REECO team is happy to help you with any questions, requests and problems you may have.
The information office can be found in the entry area of the Wrocław EURO Stadium, next to the
restaurant. During set-up, your contact person from REECO will be:

Wireless Internet is included in your rental booth order. For further information and additional services
please contact our sales personal.
7. Theft prevention
Booths must be occupied at all times during the opening hours of the trade fair. Please make sure you
do not leave your booth unattended during set-up and dismantling.
REECO POLAND assumes no responsibility for any missing objects during the opening hours
of the fair.

12. Parking
Wrocław Stadium is responsible for the parking places. The parking is free of charge.
13. Flyers and conference programs
Trade fair flyers and conference programs will be distributed for free at the information point in the
entry area. If you would like to distribute these materials to your partners before the event, please
send an e-mail on [email protected].
14. Trash removal/waste disposal/booth cleaning
Booth cleaning: You can hire a cleaning service to clean the booth area and dispose of trash with page
7 of the exhibitor’s application form.

Exhibitors with exhibitor passes have access to the trade fair area one hour before opening and one
hour after closing time.

Press accreditation can be obtained from the information desk.
The press stand is to be found on the ground floor.
18. Smoking
Smoking in the Wrocław EURO Stadium is forbidden. Smoking is only allowed in the designated
smoking areas in the open area.
