SECURITY
Driver ID. identify the accountable person thru a RFiD Tag to control the access to the vehicles, boats…; report their activities; enable
engine start.
Geofencing no limits. To draw endless areas on the maps to mark the passage of target in a specifc geographic zone. Alerts can be sent
upon entering and/or leaving the fenced zone. Identified by: Code, Description, Shape, Colour.
POI. Identifying Point Of Interest specifc to your business by: Position (latitude and longitude), Address, Code, Description,Type.
Dynamic Ties Control. Asset and People can be electronically tied to others to control if they detach. A dynamic geofence can be set
around the main asset or people. Alerts are sent if the secondary asset tied to the main one is passing the dynamic fence. For example a
Yacht (main) equipped with JetSki or tender (secondary).
Multilayer management map. To see fenced zones, POIs, asset position or path with time or I/O status filter, one on top of the others to
maximize the level of intelligence.
Theft recovery. In the unfortunate event the asset is stolen, you will be able to locate it quickly and to report its location to the authorities.
Immobilizer. Inhibit engine start by remote in case the target is not returned, it is moving off-hours or if a target is where it should not be.

CONTROL
Targets details. Assets and people are targets to be identified with: Code, Description, Type, Icon, Accountable Person, Mobile Phone.
On-line programming of Devices with Target and I/O details.
Fuel consumption control: provide operations managers with the fuel consumption statistics to optimize fuel invoicing and reduce conflicts.
Configurable command by remote: it allows users to send command to manage output (i.e. immobilizer).
Configurable alarms: it allows users to set the alarm type, week day, time band, fixed or dynamic fenced zone, according to their needs
(maximum speed, bilge water, fire, smoke, air conditioning, shore power….).
Path editor (for Garmin FMI). To draw from your office or record by the GPS device the ideal path. To identify the most efficient one, display on Garmin units the path drivers needs to follow.
TimeClock: field employees can enter by remote clock in/out time, holiday, day off or special permits with the TimeClock App.
Dispatch: for managers to schedule and dispatch tasks, job details, location, best route, based on the workers’ skills and their distance to
the customer. Jobs can be scheduled, dispatched and monitored with the FieldJob App based on: Progressive number, Type, Customer/
POIs, Date, Expected duration, Status, Pictures, Digital signature capture.
Upload: for field workers to start, stop or pause jobs, indicates status and type of job, travel start and end. Attach pictures of the watercraft or part of it, of the equipment, of the environment, of the installation, of the job form, signature for proof of services and even georeferencing them.
Census: to identify any type of item, products, fuel pumps, fire extinguishers, skips, bins, roll-off containers, public tools, fixed heavy
pieces of equipmen… literally anything with the Census App, by dialing a code, or thru RFiD or thru Barcode, register its details, take a
picture, and finally geo-referencing it on the map as a POI (Point Of Interest).
PROACTIVE MAINTENANCE
Proactive maintenance. Schedule a maintenance programme for any service needed, based on real usage data of engine, asset, equipment or machinery automatically collated by the BlackBox and sensors. Send alerts to management based on service type (Oil flter, Oil
change, Winterization…), kilometres/mileage interval, working hours interval, remind and report upcoming or overdue maintenance.
MANAGEMENT
Assignment. Club, Charter and Rental companies can manage JetSki, Boat, Yacht, Vehicle assignment by name and time. Any event will
be associated to the assigned person to reduce and manage conflicts as a consequence of improper use of your asset.
Reporting and graphs. Data can be reported and aggregated for accurate statistics and streamlined operations, by: Target (single or
group). Period (from dd/hh to dd/hh), Description, Dispatch frequency and time.
Data Extraction: all data can also be extracted on xls, xml, txt format. Web services are available as well.
WebServices are available as well to help you easily retrieve business data for your proper analysis for informed decision-making.
