Kentfield Fire
Kentfield Fire District has Sand, Bags and a filling station (cones) set up at College of Marin Parking lot #15.
Kentfield Campus. We request that this is for Kentfield and Greenbrae residences only. Limit 10 per resident. For
additional supplies contact Kentfield Fire Station # 17. 415-453-7464
San Rafael Fire
The locations in San Rafael where sand and sand bags can be obtained by the public are as follows:
- Station 52 - 210 Third St. - Station 55 - 955 Pt. San Pedro Rd- Terra Linda Rec Center - 670 Del Ganado Rd
Larkspur and Corte Madera Fire
Larkspur - Piper Park and Heatherwood Park. Corte Madera - Fire Station 14 (342 Tamalpais Dr.) and San Clemente
Park. All locations have sand, bags, and shovels. 10 bag limit.
Mill Valley Fire
Unfilled bags are available at Mill Valley Main Fire Station 7 - (Public Safety Building), 1 Hamilton Drive. Limit of 10
sandbags per household or business. Sand is available at Hauke Park parking lot, Thalia parking lot at Boyle Park
and parking area on Molino Ave. These locations have limited stockpiles of sand for emergency use during the
rainy season. To use these stockpiles, you must supply your own labor, shovels and support.
Inverness Fire
Inverness has sandbags and sand available at the Inverness Firehouse at 50 Inverness Way.
Bolinas Fire
Bolinas Fire has bags and sand on the west side of the station.
Muir Beach Fire
Muir Beach has sand bags in the fire barn. Sand is available from the volleyball area by the pump house on Frank
Valley Rd.
Ross Valley Fire
Fairfax- Elsie Lane (Fairfax Pavillion parking lot) San Anselmo- Sunnyhills Drive (next to tennis courts) Ross- End of
Lagunitas Road (Natalie Coffin Greene Park)
Novato Fire District
San Marin: Dogbone Meadow, Novato Blvd/Pepper Creek Way
Downtown: Novato Corporation Yard, 500 Davidson Drive
Hamilton:
Palm Drive in front of the old Hamilton Theater
Residents must bring their own shovels.
