Whether for trade fair and exhibition halls, airport buildings or high precision industrial buildings – Hoesch isowand integral® is the sandwich element to choose for planning and building. This is true for new buildings as well as for energy
efficiency retrofits!
The flat standard elements are highlights for ambitious architecture, particularly for large projects. Set unique accents,
e.g., by integrating the FSI window system. The panels which are available with cover width dimensions of 600, 900,
1000 and 1200 mm can be laid vertically, horizontally or diagonally. Concealed fastening using the integral clip ensures
structural stability and high-value appearance of the building.
Plan your project individually, tailoring it to the wishes of your client. Select the desired shade from the unrivalled spectrum of more than 100 colours in the ReflectionsCollection and many other colours in the RAL or NCS range. There
are no limits to your creativity.
In terms of building physics, Hoesch isowand integral® ensures that you stay on the safe side. Upon request, we can
supply the element in its FIREtec® version, which has a demonstrated fire behaviour of B-s2, d0 according to DIN EN
13501-1 and FM and LPCB certificates. Conformity with EnEV is ensured by the core consisting of closed-cell polyurethane rigid foam which features excellent insulation values.

Thinking the future of steel
Flat surface & concealed fastening
Hoesch isowand integral® was specifically developed for
modern industrial architecture, combining economical
construction with advanced design.
Joint geometry
The special joint geometry with groove and tongue on
both sides allows accommodation of the integral clip to
fasten the elements to the substructure, keeping it invisible from the outside.
Cover sheet profiling
The outer cover sheet of Hoesch isowand integral® features a flat surface of rare elegance which is achieved
by the application of a special process. Micro-profiled,
V-profiled or slightly profiled surfaces are available upon
request and depending on selected colours.

Special elements
Hoesch isowand integral® is supplemented by a large range of special elements:
Using cranked elements for corners and parapets, corners with a rounded shape or with sharp or obtuse
angles are possible. These variations allow for smart detail solutions.
Thanks to the polygonal structure of the sandwich elements, we can create slightly cranked segented façades
to suit exacting demands.
A building with Hoesch isowand integral® and its special elements creates enhanced visual appeal.
Compensation Joint
Using aluminum joint cover ledges, façades can be designed
in a modular manner to meet exacting demands in terms of
building physics. Laying the elements horizontally gives the
effect of a circumferential joint and makes large surfaces
more visually interesting.

Precondition for a durable, visually appealing surface is a high quality level of the coating.
The new ZM EcoProtect® metallic layer with approximately 1% magnesium sets these standards. In combination with
one of the various organic coatings, it ensures protection for more than 30 years.
The decisive factors are the colours of the elements as well as the site and atmospheric conditions. You inform us about
the conditions of your planned project and then rely on our experience and quality promises. You take advantage of a
market leader in surface coating and the variety of possibilities which we offer for different applications.

Sustainable fire protection by FIREtec®
The FIREtec® systems by Hoesch Building Systems correspond to FM Global, the
Loss Prevention Certification Board or the European fire resistance classes. FM
and LPCB certified building elements are accepted by investors, property insurers
and designers due to their excellent fire behaviour, which leads to a lower risk of
fire. For insurance companies, this may be a factor in reducing premiums, as i
contributes to the protection of life and property and ensures uninterrupted business activities. FIREtec® systems are available with a core of PIR, PUR or mineral
wool, the perfect solution for any application!

The solution
for new building and refurbishment
Hoesch isowand integral® with window system FSI
Hoesch isowand integral® FSI - this innovative window system is optimally adapted to the successful
Hoesch isowand integral® sandwich element. In
cooperation with an internationally renowned system
supplier for windows we have developed the system
optimised in terms of heating technology, which
fits exactly into the groove and tongue geometry of
Hoesch isowand integral®. The window fits perfectly
flush into horizontally laid Hoesch isowand integral®
panels. This system offers many advantages, especially for modernisation and refurbishment of existing
buildings.
Now, as EnEV 2009 also applies to industrial and
commercial buildings, the strengths of Hoesch isowand integral® with FSI windows are obvious. The
highly insulating sandwich element protects perfectly
against heat and cold. The integral window system
adapts exactly to the joint geometry of the sandwich
elements, reducing thermal bridges to a minimum.
The profitable effect: no loss of valuable heating and
air conditioning energy.
Once again, a real contribution to enhanced co sistency in building!
