The automotive compensation survey provides you with detailed
insight into the automotive sector for various sizes of organisations
within a globally harmonised survey methodology.
The Mercer Automotive Industry Survey provides car manufacturers
and auto parts suppliers with current and comprehensive
remuneration data on a selection of industry specific positions.
The survey is an add-on to Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) that
provides you with the total remuneration information for over 70 key
industry positions - from Applied Research and Design Engineering to
Aftersales and Warranty.
The Automotive Survey is underpinned with Mercer’s Universal Position
Coding (MUPCS) and International Position Evaluation (IPE) systems
for global consistency. Access to results is provided via Mercer
WINR, a single-point access to Mercer’s unparalleled survey data and
analytics.
