This is a Regional Representative Trial, not a participation event. Only players who have demonstrated the fitness and skill level to play at a
representative school sport level should attend this trial. Students must register their interest with their School Sports Coordinator to receive
permission forms. Students who do not submit the required permission forms below will not be allowed to participate in the Regional
Trial and will be asked to return to their school as no supervision is provided for non participants.

Noosa Touch Association – Tewantin Sports Grounds (off Noosa-Tewantin Rd)
TIME:
9.00am – 3.00pm approx.
COST:
$20 Trial Levy per student which covers all trial expenses. Please bring exact money to trial day.
Regional Managers will collect these levies from each District Official prior to commencement of the trial.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
Students must be turning 13 to 15 years of age in 2017. They cannot turn 16 in 2017.
TRIAL FORMAT:
District teams only. Students must have been selected in a District Team prior to the regional trial.
PERMISSION FORMS:
District Managers will ensure that all players have submitted the required forms listed below prior to the
commencement of the regional trial. Students will not be permitted to participate at this trial without
these completed forms. NO FORMS = NO TRIAL.

CATERING:
Canteen is available. Students are free to bring their own snacks and lunch.
EQUIPMENT:
Students must wear appropriate footwear. Players must bring their own strapping tape if required.
SUN SAFETY
Students must supply and apply / reapply their own sunscreen at regular periods during the day.
When not playing, students should be wearing their own hat and / or remain in the shade areas.
HYDRATION:
Students must bring their own water bottle and must hydrate regularly throughout the trial.
SHADE:
There is ample shade near the fields for spectators and students when not playing. Teams may bring
their own tent if desired.
REFEREES:
Each District Team must supply a qualified referee for the day. District players should not referee.
FIRST AID:
Sports medicine personnel will be in attendance at the trial venue.
SCHOOL USE ONLY:
School Sport Coordinators must email through the ‘District Team Registration Sheet’ to the Regional
Convenor by Wednesday 15 February at the latest.
District teams must wear matching, numbered shirts. Max of 13 players per team.
Each district team must bring a match ball and warm up balls.
District teams must be accompanied by a teacher able to supervise players on & off the field.
