US$ 200 for each lifter for each section. There are 4 sessions: Classic Powerlifting,
geared Powerlifting, Classic Bench Press and Geared Bench Press.
Participation fee must be cleared to confirm registration
Coaches need to purchase entry pass to enter the Arnold Sports Festival venue. Each
lifter can have one coach pass at a special rate of US$ 10
US$ 90 for each lifter
Anti-doping fee must be cleared to confirm registration

Participants either book hotel on their own or book through the organizer. Participants can stay in other hotels and
there is no need to pay extra to the organizer. However, the organizer can offer the best rate at a package price. The
hotel booking room will be e-mailed to you after the nomination form is submitted.
If the hotel rooms are booked through the organizer, participants must clear payment before getting the rooms.
All rooms booked through the organizer must be booked at the latest on 30 June 2017.
12 August 2017 is the latest date for voluntary removal of nominated lifters. Participation fee will be refunded after
deduction of bank charges, Hotel room fee will not be refunded if the room is booked through the organizer.
Arrivals/Transportation :
Arrival by plane – Hong Kong International airport
Transport from Hong Kong airport to Hong Kong Sky City Mariott Hotel: by airport express, one stop
HK$5 per person/one way, express train departs from airport every 20 minutes
Regal airport hotel is at the airport, one stop by airport express to the competition venue
Scales:
Scale is available at the official hotel.
Travel insurance
All participants must have a valid health insurance. The organiser will not incur any
expenses for a doctor or hospital. We recommed travel insurance for covering loss of
luggage, theft, delayed planes,etc.
Nominations :
Nomination is by individual. Top level lifters worldwide will be invited by the organizer.

No of entries :
120 entries can be accommodated. Participants are accepted on first come first
serve basis. Registration is confirmed only after payment.Once the slots are
filled up, subsequent registrants are put in the waiting list. Those who has not
paid will be eliminated automatically if there is over subscription.

Each lifter will be awarded with a participation medal. It will be presented after each section.
Best lifters awards will be given by Wilk’s score.
